yesterday I installed the latest update to Itunes, and from that moment, it was impossible to recognize the iphone with itunes.

I tried everything, included callin supprt official apple, but they couldn't help me.

Maybe someone can help me please?

If your iOS device does not appear in iTunes, try the following:

  1. Open Control Panel > Device Manager
  2. Plug in your device
  3. Locate Bus USB Controllers > Apple Mobile Device USB Driver.
    It is also possible that the device may appear under imaging devices, portable devices or other devices or as a device USB of MTB.
  4. Right-click and select software update of the driver...
  5. Click Browse my computer for driver software
  6. Go to C:\Program Files\Common Apple Mobile Device Support\Drivers or
    C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers
  7. Click on let me pick from a list of drivers for devices on my computer
  8. Click on Apple Mobile Device USB Driver
  9. Click Next, then close and exit the Device Manager

To step 3 above, open the Device Manager. Expand one of the articles that are listed.

  • USB Bus controllers
  • Imaging devices
  • Portable devices
  • Other devices

Plug in the appliance. You should hear the telltale Windows sound device connection and a Division must acquire a new entry. This should be your device. It cannot be labelled properly at this point. If you do not hear a suspicious noise cable damaged.

    Select the sidebar if hidden. View options > view as may depend on which of the options for the song, artist, album, etc. are selected in the sidebar.

    iTunes does not recognize my iPhone on my HP Pavilion Windows 10 5s, so cannot sync the phone running. I downloaded the latest OS for the phone and the latest version of iTunes on my PC and have tried all USB ports several times. I also reinstalled drivers USB to the PC.  The phone is recognized on the computer of a friend under Win 7. All shows when I plug it on mine is a page showing the 'Apple iPhone' folder display of storage internal (2.18 GB free of 14.7 GB). Troubleshooting in devices and printers, where the phone displays as "Not specified Apple iPhone" generates a message saying that "Apple iPhone is an older USB device and may not work with USB 3.0 and plug it into a USB 2.0 port." But when I use USB 2.0 (I tried several times using each of the three USB ports on my PC), troubleshooting the error message says "Apple iPhone won't work correctly with USB 3.0." This seems to be a recent problem, since in March 2016, I could spend a few songs from my PC to my phone using iTunes.

    I wish I had some ideas of people who have experienced this problem, I find to be a more frustrating one.

    Well, you aren't the only one. This just freakin happened to me. I spent the last three hours with apple and Windows supports. Now I'm reinstalling Windows 10 by last resort of Windows support councils. I got the same message USB. In iTunes, under devices something removed my 5s and the iPad. But it remains 6 s wife. I tried my computers 2-(SS) 3.0 ports and 1 port 2.0 ordinary. I tried all four thinners cables I have. I will let you know the result of the Windows reinstall.

  • I have iTunes for Windows 10.  iTunes will not play the music through my internal speakers when they are defined by default.  iTunes will play through the headset.  My speakers will play with other applications.  Why is this?

    I have iTunes on Windows 10.  iTunes does not recognize my internal speakers when other applications will recognize them.  I can use the helmet without a problem.  Why is this?

    If you go to iTunes/Edit/Preferences/reading and select 'Audio Direct' for 'use of Audio play '.  Then log off iTunes and back log and you should be able to hear through your headphones.  Good luck!

  • problems with Windows Update 1511 iTunes

    Since the Windows 10 update around 1511 Windows I could not connect my iPad or iPhone to iTunes. The device is shown as connected in the Device Manager and I have updated the driver.     I always have trouble making our cd Ripper music using windows media, in Itunes. ITunes doesn't seem to be able to find the albums or songs. Tears WMP music very well, I can play back see or do almost anything I want in WMP. But how the * do easily transfer you on Itunes. I hate the time and the FLEXIBILITY of USE LOL, Itunes interface. I'm sorry, I bought my wife a bloody IPOD for Christmas in 2009. Sometimes I managed to get the files anywhere, but partly by chance I think. Thanks for any help you can provide. Robert

    After the 2 latest updates on my 6 s iPhone, iTunes refused to tranfer audiobooks from iTunes to my iPhone 6 s library. So for the moment my iPhone is not good for me. iTunes is the only reason for me to have the iPhone.

    I travel a lot, and audio books make the time in the air, on a track or car go faster. Have more than 400 books in iTunes, but cannot send them to the phone. set iTunes to update today. IPhone update. Also Windows Update today.

    Then go through your choice of synchronization for each type of front bracket to the case where they have been given to zero/off sync.

    I updated iTunes and my iPhone to the latest updates (iOS 10 and all that is the iTunes one) and iTunes does not recognize my phone, but my computer recognize (I have a HP envy with Windows 10). I tried everything that looks like finding the Universal Serial Bus thing and turn off my limitations and download and redownloading iTunes. I did the thing were I updated my driver on the computer and nothing has worked. I don't understand why it does not work. I can't even synchronize with iTunes via Wifi, it just does not appear.     I use a portable Win10. Recently, I installed iTunes (version 12.4) and plugged my new iPhone (iOS 9.3.2) SE in. My computer went on the usual sounds and a folder showing my phone in the windows Explorer appeared and my phone started to load.

    But iTunes does not recognize my phone, so I can not sync with my computer. It just doesn't do anything, regardless of how many times I have re - install iTunes or plug my phone in and out.

    I have SE.  Current iTunes (downloaded 12.3.3.17 toady). Windows 10.  See iTunes allows me to access my 4S & Itouch.  But totally ignores the SE, as it is not connected to the computer.  It is connected by cable and Bluetooth technology.  Computer see SE (File Explorer, etc.).  Help!
