  Here's my conceerns:

  What needs to be done to overcome the problems of incompatibility?
  Do I need to download new software files compatible for windows 7 and then install
  for example VLC media player, Skype, MySQL Server I am running
  or currently existing files are compatible to install with Windows 7?

  Would I be able to upgrade to windows 7 without any problem and safely?

  Could you please help me with the questions above?

  You understand that you will not be able to upgrade Windows XP to Windows 7?  He will have to do a clean install.

The result is that Vista Bz PC can have authentication option Cisco LEAP under wireless security option, Windows 7 Home Edition 64 bit does not. After select, it works with the authentication LEAP of Cisco AP1041N.

  May I know that Cisco can provide the patch driver file for authentication on Windows 7 64 bit home edition LEAP so that I can make authentication wireless on Cisco AP1041N?

  Or any body knows a way to get this Windows 7 64 bit home edition to work with authentication with Cisco AP1041N LEAP?

  It seems that you can not use jump unless u install intel proset "supplicant" that supports only the drivers intel.

  So it seems that give u the option for Cisco leap in windows vista is a software provided by intel. Microsoft or Cisco.

  If you have intel driver u better contact intel if you want jump built in. If not then I don't know if anything will make leap to work built into windows. You need a global independent "supplicant".

  Question: Tried to install this for the first time since the upgrade to Windows 7/new machine. Inserted disc, run setup.exe. The installation program starts very well, the initial menu. As soon as you try to click on any button in the menu, the installer hangs and needs to be terminated from the Task Manager.

  Tried explicitly to 'run as administrator' and a wide variety of settings for compatibility mode. All give the same result - the installer crashes as soon as you click any button.

  Anyone has any ideas to fix this?

I did at least 6 clean / custom installs two different iso downloaded from digital river on Hd wiped, repartitioned and reformatted with diskpart. FEES. The second of what I get to install the installer... BAM! 100% OF THE CPU. I used msconfig, services.msc. prayer, crossed fingers and toes. How he survives, it would be in my bios?   Try restarting your computer in safe mode and check if the problem persists.

  If the problem does not persist, I you suggest to restart the computer to return to normal boot and then run Autoruns by downloading it from the following link:

  Once Autoruns runs in the computer, it will show the use of the processor by the exact process names. I suggest you to respond with the names of your higher CPU processes.
