  So I'm going around the internet looking for a solution to this particular problem, but all the solutions I found do not work for me. I tried to go to the hosts in the etc file and a deletion of lines of code, I tried to do a system scan using avast antivirus, I tried to update my Java and Adobe, I tried to create a profile of different system.   I downloaded the latest version of Firefox 13 after having quickly that I didn't have the latest version of Firefox. No Web page seems correct, including this one. All Web pages are displayed "plain." For example when I type in retail right now it takes a box or something to show me where to put space details - no box - only. I use Google as my home page. The Firefox logo was on the Google home page, but it is absent. When I go to Google Mail there is no checkboxes delete mail etc... when I go to the same pages using Internet Explorer pages display correctly if something's not on Firefox. I uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox without deleting my personal settings etc, but this made no difference. If my only option is to delete all my info I should do, but have been on Firefox and really don't want to lose this info. I checked all the settings when I looked not all Web pages display correctly in HELP and all settings are correct. What should I do? I don't want to go back to using IE, but that's basically what I have to do right now to the function to make banking operations etc...

  • Please specify what adobe patch are you talking about?
  • A you kept a backup pf your LR catalog and images somewhere before moving on to Windows 10.
  • You have access to your original images, or they went too?
  • Try to search the catalog using windows search, .lrcat is the extension of the catalogue, see if you find something.

  When I used to go to the story and click Show all history Web sites would be organized in folders that have been listed as today, yesterday, last week, last month etc. Now, all Web sites since the last time I erased from history are all crammed in there how to change this back have once again records?

  I was part of a focus group in which Lenovo many users had problems with the Flash plugin on their web browser (Re: does not have a plugin (Shockwave Flash). ) forums.adobe.com/message/7992871#7992871). Problems consisted largely of messages does not work on Chrome, Edge and IEon websites such as Facebook, Youtube, Gmail and others who use chat or to play html5 videos. Chrome, the message indicates that a plugin (Flash) became unresponsive, and then the page can no longer be reacts with. On the edge, it just stops responding. These problems have been resolved for a few days now, but after that my Windows updated again last night itself, the problems came back.

  Yes, hardware acceleration is turned off in the Chrome settings and via the global settings for a while (before the error on which came back again). Will let you know if this problem persists. If all goes well, it was something unique. I have "he's trying to use right Chrome to see if the error appears again.

  It could be a number of things. You may have accidentally cut audio for Firefox. Article in the Knowledge Base article what to do if Firefox will play all of the sounds will show you how to check.

  Hello. My new computer, under Windows 8, picked up the very annoying malware from 'search.nu' (also known as "search.qu"). All my browsers are affected. (Yes, I confess guilty to occasionally using browsers other than FF!) I see different suggested ways, both in Firefox and generally on the web, forum to rid their computer of this parasite viroids. But it seemed to make sense to me, before doing what was suggested, to go to the Windows Control Panel and use the procedure "uninstall the program. So my original question: how is it that no one mentions the uninstall as the logical first step process? I'm hesitant to try "Uninstall" when none of the experts seems to be to recommend it.

  Hello patrickmc, djstsys and cor - el! Thank you all very much for your contribution. I would briefly like to ask about the developments - and what I fervently hope is fast and fun to solve the problem.

  First of all, in all honesty, I must admit that the villain of the piece, 'search.nu', at least with me, was more than a thief to shoplift as a serial killer. Yes, it I stopped to go to my home page and instead offered a white screen with just a search box - its own search box, of course. If I had been stupid enough to use this search engine, most likely some hair on the head or hair events would fell on me. But from the first moments I knew to ignore, and so my difficulties never amounted to more than one gene. And yet, even a simple annoyance should be eliminated if possible, don't you think?-especially when I'm feeling so affectionate and protective towards my computer brand new and want to keep it intact.

  Thus, the instructions very simple Firefox and Chrome, I deleted Search.nu as my home page, replacing Yahoo, as the fascist Search.nu leaves stage right, as he went to the area of research, potentially very mischievous Search.nu. I closed and reopened the two browsers several times, and it seems that this simple measure was sufficient.

  The reason why I didn't delete the whole program is that when I went to the Windows one uninstall program and began the process, it turned out that I had downloaded the wrong search.nu as unexpected and unwanted baggage with J - zip, a piece of software that I've used for years on my old computer - and love. But maybe all the terrible publicity over the past few years that search.nu has received (e.g. McAfee Siteadvisor puts up a big red X and obstructs access) has caused search.nu to mutate into a more benign form.  You know, in real life, viruses (biological, not computer, ones) often do exactly that--if they're too virulent, and kill off their hosts very quickly, they don't have time to replicate.  So the most successful biological viruses rapidly mutate into milder forms, making you just sick enough to cough and sneeze, etc. and spread them to others, and I think maybe search.nu, in allowing itself to be controlled so easily, has wisely done just that sort of mutating.
  

  In any case, patrickmc, djstsys, cor - el, I thank you once again, and it is great that, for all malicious elements on the internet such as search.nu or worse, there are still people like you three which combine altruism with knowledge and intelligence - and really benefit people like me!

• Why two sites that I always go to load do not all of a sudden on one of my computers or web browsers!

The main browser I use is Chrome, not recently but earlier, two sites I want to go to ALL the time suddenly stopped working for me, so I asked a question on yahoo answers before, asking if the sites were working for someone else, they all said that the websites worked perfectly for them! Then someone gave me a link to a website called "down for everyone or just me? I typed in the two sites I tried to access it in the search bar, and of course he said "it's just you, the site is up" when I try to load these pages on google chrome, I get an error message exactly like this: "Oops!" "Google Chrome did not kanji.koohii.com Try reloading: kanji.koohii.com additional suggestions: access a copy cached kanji.koohii.com Google search:" here is the other site: "Oops!" (Same message on fox trying to visit guidetojapanese.org) Check the address for typing errors, such as ww.example.com instead of www.example.com if you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection. If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web. When I click on the yellow triangle with an exclamation point in the Middle located in the browser search bar, it's notification it reads: "this website does not provide identity information" "your connection to this Web site is not encrypted" I know as I type these sites properly as I typed it in like a thousand times before! Y at - there anyone out there who can tell me what the * is going on with my sites? The work of course sites! I need these sites to work for me! I am trying to learn Japanese, and these sites are essential. More info: I recently restored my computer to factory settings (these problems two site began to arrive before that I have in mind the factory settings get you, even on the desktop these websites do not work.) Once I reset my laptop to factory settings, natures sites don't work! I have 60 days of protection antivirus Norton Anti (came with the factory restore), recently scanned, so I know I have no viruses. I already deleted my cache, re-installed Google chrome and firefox. Both sites still do not work. I use an HP laptop. Running Vista Home premium 32-bit.
