Windows 7 - Bluetooth

Hello
I know about Windows 8, it has Bluetooth and you can love bluetooth pictures and things, well, you can do it on Windows 7?

Thank you!

Have you actually tried any of them?

The link of the video by using the Device Manager to check should be OK for desktop or laptop computer, it should not of mater, as long as you have windows 7!

Or see http://www.dummies.com/how-to/content/how-to-determine-if-your-pc-has-bluetooth-capabili.html which basically gives the same information, but does not specify the type of PC!

    Hello:

It is very unlikely that the Ralink bluetooth radio that has your model is compatible with Windows 10.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the bluetooth W10 Ralink driver and see if it works.

    Hello

Please, try the steps here to solve this problem:

Hotfix applies to Windows 8 too and you must only put NT AUTHORITY\LocalService on the properties of the service.

  • X 61 Windows 7 Bluetooth driver asked

I tried the Vista ones on the Lenovo site, but it says that it cannot find a bluetooth device. Am I missing something?

    Hi the sides:

My experience with Windows 7 on a W500 is that the default drivers provided by Microsoft on the operating system build work very well.

Install Bluetooth drivers has always been a bit tricky (since Windows 2000).  My suggestion for you - that's what I did--is that you go to the page of matrix in a 'normal' file Windows Vista device driver for your computer model and download the file ' read me ' accompanying the version of Windows Vista Bluetooth driver.

Have a close look at the instructions for the Bluetooth, the driver on the Windows Vista installation process reads me, then follow the same instructions (enough) to get the Bluetooth system works under Windows 7.

  • Cannot reduce the width of the window of Bluetooth File Exchange

The width of the window of the Bluetooth File Exchange application can not narrowed, has increased. How can I reduce the width of the window or reset default window width?

I use the Bluetooth File Exchange to browse files on a device (in my case, a Windows laptop). The application works normally, but I can't reduce the width of the window. The resizing handles only the increase in bandwidth. The height can be increased or decreased as you would expect.

This image shows the width handles can only increase the width. Now, after playing with resizing, the window is wider than my iMac 27 "screen. I see no way to reduce the width of the window. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Wow, good question...

  • R60 with Windows XP - Bluetooth problem

    Hi people

I have an R60 and recently upgraded the HD on a 250 MB drive and kept Windows XP Pro using rescue and recovery of Lenovo to make sure that the disks were duplicated as much as possible.

I have only one question after the upgrade my Bluetooth starts now disabled by default?

the wireless network always starts fine, but now the Bluetooth must be activated with Fn + F5 whenever I restart the R60?

Anyone have an idea how I can get the system to start the Bluetooth automatically each time Windows XP starts as it did before the upgrade please?

    Thank you very much

    Wayne

Install the default Windows Broadcom driver (restore): 5.1.2535.0 24/10/2006. It has an ugly icon and limited functionality - but at least works.

I couldn't solve this problem otherwise.

  • V5 - 573G - Windows 7 - bluetooth is not working, really need help!

    Hello

I bought V5 - 573G in Germany, they like linux installed on it, weird, I know

But anyway, I installed windows 7 on it because I prefer that the OS and all worked well. The only thing that didn't work was bluetooth.

I installed all the drivers from the CD that I had and here is the printscreen after I installed all the drivers, everything seems to be 'OK' according to this list:

So, how to manage start this bluetooth? I already tried with system32 files, the fsquirt.exe and everything, nothing works.

On your acer.com website, you have only drivers for windows 8... I think it's a little unfair. There are still many users who prefer win 7 and there should be drivers for win 7 also as well. Could you please give me the download link for the windows 7 drivers bluetooth version?

It is said that, by not giving the drivers for win 7, you're basically forcing people to run win8 so that this laptop works 100%.

Anyway, if there is anything I can do for this laptop run on win 7 and still get the bluetooth works, then Im happy. At least my old acer (4810 t timelinex) had activation bluetooth on Fn + F3 key (same location where you can turn on wifi). The new V5 he had done the same thing... There should be some sort of grahpical UI (GUI)

with buttons toggle just like that.

IM grateful for any help, thanks in advance!

Edit: I accidentally clicked on "accept as solution", my bad, it is not yet resolved, so I would be very happy for more advice about this problem. If a moderator could see this message, I want to ask permission to "unsolve" this cause of thread, it seems that I have no access to do so. Thank you!

It is a BT Atheros module, try to install this:

  • My Mic Bluetooth disconnects when I close the window settings Bluetooth =)

    Hello Microsoft =)

For some strange reason, which I do not know... whenever I close my Bluetooth settings... window my micro disconnects-_ -

My adapter had windows 7 find it of own drivers... you know, plug & play. So it's using the basic drivers... which is fine. the meaning of the use of does ' t Bluetooth adapter it's own software. So I'll tell you exactly what I'm doing...

First... I take my Bluetooth headset... Secondly, I right click on the Bluetooth icon in the status bar. Then I click on show settings. Then I click on the Audio tab, go to my bluetooth headset in the list... Highlight it... and I click on connect... 3 or 6 seconds... wa... connected. now I have a... OK button and a Cancel button. I click ok and my Bluetooth headset will beep... I will come back and it is disconnected = (I also on Skype or any other audio software like that... and it won't work. no sound of it. of course.)

So, I'm sure you can see my problem... and I hope you understand my "entourage" with what is happening here. Let me know, thanks.

SSPS, also I'm not the only one... these people too need help:

    http://social.answers.Microsoft.com/forums/en-us/vistahardware/thread/069ebbe2-81cd-4e5f-8164-acc3b7813294?Prof=required

Thank you, Kim. Of course, this problem has been occurring for some time in Windows 7 and continues to persist to this day. I tried your above corrections, and the first didn't work. However, I changed the Startup Type to automatic as you suggest. It doesn't have an effect at first. Your second explanation does not specify which Bluetooth driver to uninstall. So, I tried to remove the headset from the list of devices, put it back. My sound settings configuration has not changed, and the helmet device was still attached to the default playback and recording device, it was when I first set up the bluetooth headset. When I reinstalled the helmet, it connected automatically this time without having to open the checking of helmet and do it manually. Before I followed these steps, it wouldn't connect and the headset is not found in the sound control window. I had to open the box to control the headset and connect manually. Then, when I was closing the command window, the headset to disconnect, and it disappears from the sound settings window. Now, it connects just when I turn on the headset and put in Bluetooth mode. So, my suggestion for someone else who has this problem would be to follow step 1, and then lift the helmet of devices, then add it to devices. Then restart the computer, and it should work. It did for me. Thank you!

  • Window Vista bluetooth does not

    All,

I just added a module Bluetooth Broadcom BCM92045NMD-95 on my Acer 4730Z internally.  The driver is automatically selected Vista.  After installation, I try several times and the Bluetooth screen could not see all the devices.  But my phone Bluetooth and other devices could see my computer.  I already turn on the Bluetooth setting "Allow Bluetooth devices to find this computer" and "allow Bluetooth devices to connect to this computer."  The driver version is 6.1.6002.18005.  I bought the Bluetooth online and it comes with the driver and the version is 6.0.1.3100_VistaX86.  I tried to install this driver but fails because windows says that it is not a version update.   I would like to know how could I solve this problem.

Thanks in advance for any help on this matter.
