Windows 7 crashes since the installation of Flight Simulator

Since I installed the Flight Simulator x however it works well until I reboot then it crashes with an error message I then take it back to an earlier date that erases the program, I also get an error message from Norton Symantec with error message "3047,53" & 3039,1 "of ideas?

Hi MartinJohn,

1. What is the error message received when you restart?

As in the link below for Microsoft games Flight simulator X gold edition is not compatible with Windows 7 and this is perhaps the reason for the question.

You can try to install the game using compatibility mode in Windows 7 and check if it works.

To run the troubleshooting program compatibility Troubleshooter

1. open the program compatibility problems by clicking on the Start button, then Control Panel. In the search box, type Troubleshooting, and then click Troubleshooting. Under programs, click run programs made for previous versions of Windows.

2. follow the instructions in the troubleshooting.

Make older programs in this version of Windows

If the step above do not solve the problem, then visit the game manufacturer's Web site and control any level of play.

Click on the following link for the 3039,1 error

I hope this helps!
