What product key you installed with (please do not post!)? What happened when you talked to the man during telephone activation?   You have a hard drive partition to do - but you would need to contact/see the FAQ from the hardware manufacturer (HP, Dell, Gateway, Lenovo, etc) to see if and how.

  Otherwise - you might have to order (pay for possibly) the factory restore/recovery of the value of the manufacturer.
