Windows 7 has been downgraded to XP. How can I go back to windows 7 Pro?

Computer was purchased from Dell with Windows 7 Pro, but downgraded to XP.  Thus, Windows 7 Pro is on the machine.  How can I get that back to Windows 7?  From now you when you turn on the power, it just goes straight to XP mode.

Would appreciate a response, so I can install Office 2010.

Thank you

Dale

Thus, Windows 7 Pro is on the machine.

"So?" Why you say that it is on the machine? How do you know? Or what makes
Do you not? It probably isn't.

You do not have to be equipped with Windows 7 to install Microsoft Office
2010. as long as you have Windows XP SP3, it can run 32-bit Office
2010.
