• Windows 7 not genuine message

  Hello

  I started getting a message that keeps popping up saying that my copy of Windows is not genuine. Thing is that nothing has changed on the netbook. I bought with Windows 7 Starter on it again and after a little while the upgrade to Windows 7 Premum, he now worked for about 3 years.

  Everything is the same as it was, no replacement of hard drives or whatever it is. The system says that it is activated and genuine but I get this message to come. I tried to run through it, and he said just that I can't activate it (probably because he already is).

  Properties of the computer displays active Windows and authentic. I have not updated since a moment so need to do but it keeps telling me that updates failed, then invite say its not authentic.

  Result of an activation tool is below which also shows that it is authentic. Someone has ideas of how this can be sorted out please?

  I just wanted to point.

  As mentioned earlier, after the new installation, I got messages stating the my Windows 7 x 64 version was not genuine.

  Gerry has provided a solution that I first thought has solved the problem, but the message has been appearing everytime I connect.

  I followed the process from a youtube video which was to access cmd as administrator and enter "SLMGR-REARM" which doesn't work, but I fear that it is a temporary solution.

  Finally, my Windows 7 is a genuine, valid and purchased version and I have posted the request in this thread that the problem occurred as a result of my original problem of Windows Update.

  Brand OEM COA are not legitimate if sold by themselves.  Dell, HP, etc. are not permitted to sell OEM licenses without a computer, nor has one else.  Brand OEM COA must be distributed with the assembled/sold new PC this particular OEM.  Any license itself must be a retail license.

• Corel Painter Essentials 4 will not open on my 64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate PC, even after trying all the previous versions of MS install modes. Any ideas?
