You buy a genuine Windows 7 license. The copy of Windows 7 Professional, you have installed is an OEM SLP license that should only be preloaded with a new PC. You seem to have installed a copy of Windows 7 Professional that uses an activation exploit that bypasses the product activation.

We know that it is because the BIOS date:

20070907000000.000000 + 000

Windows 7 was released in 2009, the date of your BIOS says 2007, which means probably that your system is provided with Windows Vista or Windows XP.

In addition, he is a well known Windows 7 Ultimate license which has been used all over the web:

Windows product key: *-* - 788W3 - H689G-6P6GT

Do a search on the web.

Thus, you must either charge your version of Windows that came on your computer (Vista or XP) or consider purchasing a license of Windows 7 genuine.

  • Windows 7 not genuine message

    Hello

I started getting a message that keeps popping up saying that my copy of Windows is not genuine. Thing is that nothing has changed on the netbook. I bought with Windows 7 Starter on it again and after a little while the upgrade to Windows 7 Premum, he now worked for about 3 years.

Everything is the same as it was, no replacement of hard drives or whatever it is. The system says that it is activated and genuine but I get this message to come. I tried to run through it, and he said just that I can't activate it (probably because he already is).

Properties of the computer displays active Windows and authentic. I have not updated since a moment so need to do but it keeps telling me that updates failed, then invite say its not authentic.

Result of an activation tool is below which also shows that it is authentic. Someone has ideas of how this can be sorted out please?

    Thank you

    Simon

    Hi Karen,.

    Sorry for the late reply.

According to the problem description, I understand that your Windows is not activated, and you also get a large number of .dll errors. .dll error is displayed if there is no corrupted system file.

Follow the method to fix the .dll below error:

I suggest you run the checker of file system (CFS) analyze and check if it helps.

    1. Click Start, type command prompt or cmd in the box Search
    2. Right-click guest, and then click run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click allow.
    3. At the command prompt, type the following command and press ENTER: sfc/scannow

The sfc/scannow command will scan all protected system files and replace the corrupted files by a cached copy which is located in a compressed folder to %WinDir% \System32\dllcache.
The placeholder % WinDir % represents the Windows system folder. For example, C:\Windows.

Note Do not close the command prompt window until the audit is completed 100%. The results of the analysis will be posted when this process is complete.

Restart the computer and try to activate.

To activate windows using phone follow the step below:

    1. Press the windows key + R
    2. Now type "slui 4" in the Run dialog box and press ENTER.
    3. Select the closest location and click Next
    4. Take the phone activation option and brace yourself for a real person.

I suggest you check the below link for more option on get help activate Microsoft Windows:

Hope this solves the problem. If the problem persists, you can write to us and we will be happy to help you further.

  • Windows 7 not genuine messages

    Separated from this thread.

    Hello

    I just wanted to point.

As mentioned earlier, after the new installation, I got messages stating the my Windows 7 x 64 version was not genuine.

Gerry has provided a solution that I first thought has solved the problem, but the message has been appearing everytime I connect.

I followed the process from a youtube video which was to access cmd as administrator and enter "SLMGR-REARM" which doesn't work, but I fear that it is a temporary solution.

Finally, my Windows 7 is a genuine, valid and purchased version and I have posted the request in this thread that the problem occurred as a result of my original problem of Windows Update.

    Thank you, R

    Rob

I am sharing your problem in a new thread as some time has passed since your previous problems. Which will ensure that put more emphasis on the current situation.

  • Windows not genuine message: what should I do now?

First of all, I have a lot of files I don't want to lose, and am not a computer expert. As in many other such problems shown here, I get the black screen and "Non-genuine Windows" - this after a year of use, using what seems to me to be the copy of windows 7 Pro sealed. I called Microsoft last night and the person (foreign) told me that the key I had was only good for a year!  Is it still possible?

Then, I want to solve this problem as simple as possible and will pay for the new key if necessary.  I don't want to do s to start a day long process that causes my existing data getting lost.  Y at - it an easy solution for a non-geek?

Download and run the Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool:

Do you have any software installed record cleaning? If so, uninstall it, registry software is known to tamper with Windows activation technologies.

    What Antivirus utility you installed?

What's your date and time correct?

Please run the Microsoft Genuine Diagnostics Tool then copy and paste the results into an answer here for further analysis:

  • My computer is telling windows is not genuine, and it should be.

I don't have a product key for it because my friend had put on my computer when I bought it. What should I do about it? I had the computer sine March 2012 and just, it started happening 3 months ago.

You buy a genuine Windows 7 license. The copy of Windows 7 Ultimate, you have installed is an OEM SLP license that should only be preloaded with a new PC. You seem to have installed a copy of Windows 7 Ultimate that uses an activation exploit that bypasses the product activation.

We know that it is because the BIOS date:

    20080310000000.000000 + 000

Windows 7 was released in 2009, the date of your BIOS says 2008, which means probably that your system is provided with Windows Vista or Windows XP.

In addition, he is a well known Windows 7 Ultimate license which has been used all over the web:

    Windows product key: *-* - X92GV - V7DCV-P4K27

Do a search on the web.

Thus, you must either charge your version of Windows that came on your computer (Vista or XP) or consider purchasing a license of Windows 7 genuine.
