  Thanks for the post. I understand that you do not use password each time that you use the computer.

  Try the steps and check.

  Move the mouse to the top right or bottom right of the screen to bring up the bar of charms.

  1. Click settings.
  2. Click users.
  3. Click change password.
  4. Enter the current password.
  5. Let the new blank password field.

  Restart the computer and check.

  Change the update settings and see that one is the cause of the problem:

  2. click on start > right click on computer > properties > Windows updates down the lower left corner > updates installed in the lower left corner in the next window

  2. look for the following registry key:

  3. with the help of your account name and password, double-click the DefaultUserName entry, type your user name, and then click OK.

  Hello Donna, sorry you're in trouble. I wanted to make sure you have Firefox set as default browser on Windows? We have here an article that walks through how to do it:
