If you can, make a backup of your system, or at least your data important (if there is) first.

1 it seems that you have seen this article, but its worth a try again after the first reboot of your PC - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2730071

In accordance with the above article, if you look in the "services" window, is the "Background Intelligent Transfer Service" listed and running? If his try listed but not running, starting on the left by clicking to select and right click then click on START. It starts then? If it is not in the list, something's up, see below. NOTE: You may be in an ADMINISTRATOR account in order to start or stop a service.

If his list but still does not start, then try - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/971058 and then see if you can run it.

2 BITS if is not listed, then open MSE and see if you can update from the tab [UPDATE] force? If this fails, then go here and download the latest definition files for MSE to your PC and see if you can install manually. If you install them, now run a scan then full to see if it detects malicious software. Finally, download, install, update and run a scan complete with (free) Malwarebytes. Keep it free, no need to start testing. This analysis found a malware?

If each scan detects and removes malicious software, then repeat the '2730071' and then '971058' above.

One day, I had no problems and the next, I am unable to find all the networks.  When I try to connect to a network, I get a message that Windows cannot find any network.  When diagnosing why link is clicked I get an error dialog box "Windows Wireless Service is not running on this computer. When the Windows network diagnostics dialogue box I click on 'Start Windows Wireless Service' and then told me that Windows cannot resolve the problem and ask contact me my network administrator or ISP.

    Hello

1 have you checked the State of the wireless autoconfiguration WLAN service in the services window?
    2. do you have any security software installed on the computer?
    3. have you made changes on the computer recently?

We will first try to manually start the wireless service, i.e. the WLAN AutoConfig service. To do this, connect to the computer as an administrator.
    1. Click Start, type services.msc and press to enter.
    2. Locate the autoconfiguration WLAN service, double-click to open its properties window.
    3. on the general tab, change the startup type to automatic and click on the Start button.
    4. click on apply, then ok.

Try to connect to the wireless connection and check the result.

If the service still does not start, run the System File Checker tool to scan the computer for the corrupt system files and automatically correct. To run a sfc scan, try the steps mentioned in this link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833

    Hi doubleott

    Method 1:

You can perform a scan of the SFC (System File Checker). It lists all the issues and will also retrieve all files if necessary. Follow the steps below to p Ed a SFC Scan -.

    a. click Start, click programs, on Accessoriesprincipally made, right click guestand then click run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow
    b. type the following command and press ENTER:
    sfc/scannow
A message appears indicating that "the system scan will start. Be patient because the scan can take some time.
    c. If all files require a SFC replace will replace them. You may be asked to insert your Win7 DVD for this process to continue.
    d. If everything is correct you should, after the scan, see the following message "resource protection Windows not found any breach of integrity".
    e. once the scan is finished, close the command prompt window, restart the computer and check.
