  ID WIndows Live ID is just a login name that you use for Windows Live servers.  It takes the form of an e-mail address.  All Hotmail addresses are identifiers WIndows Live ID.  All live.com addresses are identifiers WIndows Live ID.  You can also use any address as a Windows Live ID, I think that, as long as it's an email address valid and you can receive mail at the address.

  Mail aliases are usually e-mail addresses that map to the same mailbox under another address.  This means that sending mail to one of the alias book that mail to the mailbox.  PC can have aliases in both domain name Service.  This means that several names can map to the same IP address in the domain name service so that we can use one of the aliases to access a particular system.  Somehow, it's no different than a person with aliases.

Soon it started the update, he grabbed 20 GB of my available space in my drive C - from 32 GB to 12 GB, and I was really scared of running out of disk space. After a few our space was getting better, but it stills lost about 10 GB in my hard drive, compared to what I had before installing. The mesh has put a lot of temporary files in users\Appdata\Local\Microsoft'Live Mesh. I start checking all files, files which could be, and after update all the files, it was still about 9 GB left in this folder. My Local low folder is now 292 MB, Local is 4.2 GB and homelessness is 579 MB. But I still wonder where is the last 10 GB which disappear when I install the mesh.
   
  My other computer died in this operation. When I start today, I had a lot of messages on the server mesh was not, and I tried to restart it. But now it's DEAD - I could not power on it. A hard disk will also start default after installation of the mesh, it was a whole new Samsung 1 TB 3.5 inch SATA.
   
  Now my main computer died and I removed all the latest Live Messenger with Essentials on this one, and now it starts acting like a normal computer.
   
  My Gallery is normal again, that my email works normally again. and I decided to stop all kinds of synchronizations from Microsoft. Why if you change a good product that works fine?
   
  I recommend post you pack to download the previous version of Live Messenger and products - and continue to use Live Sync, and people to give a chance to yourself decide how version that should be updated when a new version is available. I had no choice to stop the update for Messenger, Gallery and mail. just a message about this also will be updated. http://explore.live.com/Windows-Live-Essentials?OS=other must be put on hold until the test is preferable. Live Mesh is dangerous - it kills your computer. This is NOT a final product - put in a BETA version and put on a warning.

  For several weeks now, I couldn't access my Money 2007 file.  When I type my Windows Licve ID and password, it says that they are inaccurate, which is not true because I use them all the time to access the internet and my e-mail address.  I went to Microsoft and downloaded Microsoft Money Plus Sunset Deluxe thinking he was support issue with a program abandoned, namely MS Money 2007.  (I'm using Windows XP as my operating system, by the way.)   Well, it wasn't the problem.  Yes, I can get into the new program, but I can't import my existing file of 2007 money in it.  There is always this conflict Live ID and password.  Why is this happening?  I noticed that others had the same problem.  I tried to change my Live ID, nothing helps.  It seems that the ID and password correct combination is incorporated into the backup file and the program does not accept it.  Y at - there a way to UN-embed in the file so it can be accessed and imported?  I have a lot of info and there is no way that I can remember every detail to be reintroduced in the memory.  I need this program!  Help.!

I tried to download the Windows Live, Skype and AVG antivirus without success because they said that they could not detect my internet connections. Also, I discovered that even I have disabled the windows firewall on my computer, the Security Center has always indicated that at least part of the firewall is still on.   If after your turn off the Windows Firewall, it shows that you have firewall, it means you want running an other firewall? You run any internet security software?

  You can try to reset internet explore (Tools-> internet option-> advance tab, then reset) and see if the problem is resolved. Alternatively, you can try to contact your ISP and ask them for help, they could provide you with the configuration information.

  This error occurs usually when a record has been changed when an update has been performed on your computer. To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  
  Important: before you edit the registry, make sure to save, to understand how to restore the registry if a problem occurs.

  Warning: If you use the correct registry editor, you may cause serious problems may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft does not guarantee that you can solve problems that result from the use of the Publisher of the registry incorrectly. Use the registry edit at your own risk.

  
  BACKUP REGISTRY KEYS:

  1. click on Start, click on run

  2. type regedit and click Ok

  3. in the registry editor window, click desktop on the left side to make sure that you backup all the registry keys.

  4. click on file and click on export

  5. save the file on your desktop or in your desired location. It will have the default extension (* .reg) to back up the registry.

  6. If you want to restore a file to the registry, in the Registry Editor window, click file and click Import

  7. navigate to the location and find the name of the file with the .reg extension and click Open.

  Note: you will be prompted that importation has been properly registered in the register.

  
  TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS:

  1. open the registry editor by clicking on Start, then run. Type regedit and then click OK.

  2 open the user Shell Folders folder. To do this, click on the + sign of each of the products listed below.

  a. click on the [] sign + next to HKEY_CURRENT_USER

  b. scroll and click on the [] sign + next to Software

  c. scroll down and click on the [+] sign next to Microsoft

  d. scroll down and click on the [+] sign next to Windows

  e. scroll down and click on the [+] sign next to CurrentVersion

  f. scroll and click on the [] sign + next to the Explorer

  3. click on the User Shell Folders. A list of entries appears on the right side. Double-click AppData.

  4. the value data, type the following entry, and then click OK: %USERPROFILE%\Application Data

  5. close the Windows Registry Editor and restart your computer.

  So I closed my computer and restarted. I then followed your instructions again (this time save the backup of the registry to a member in the same library, called "Backup260910bkup"

  Yet once, when I followed the number of the step 7. Navigate to the location and look for the name of the file with the .reg extension and click Open, the message of answers that I received from the registry editor has been as follows: -.

  I had a go at some of the solutions I've seen for this problem but have had no luck yet, I wonder if Miss me something?

  So, I can receive emails without problem (in Windows Live Mail and Windows Mail), but don't have had no success sending (although I can always send mails when I access my account online).

  The fixes I've tried so far are:

  -through my account settings and to ensure that they are as indicated by my email provider (I have an ntlworld account). IE POP3 and SMTP settings must be correct.

  -then I tried to check the box "my server requires authentication" (did not work)
  - then I tried completely disabling my firewall/anti-anti-virus/e-mail protection (ZoneAlarm) who also worked
  - then I tried to install an update of sorts for Windows Mail (not Live Mail) (found on a Board communities, sorry can't remember which, but it was an official update from microsoft)... and it does not work
  -Finally, I tried to install Windows Live Mail... and Yes you guessed it, that does not work either (I also checked the settings etc.)

  ....... I wonder why things have to be so difficult?

  Can someone please tell me where I'm wrong!

  To solve the problem of sending (at home) once for all, you need to replace the Server SMTP from Orange to smtp.ntlworld.com. I don't know, what if Orange will allow you to keep your return address of NTL, when sending to Windows Mail. It's worth a try.
