A version of LabVIEW? They are a number of versions before 7.

There were already 8.x, 2009, and now they're on 2010.

I don't know if Windows 7 is 'officially' supported, but it should work well with newer versions of LabVIEW

  • some files are missing (like network, Control Panel, systems, windows components) under administrative group policy template kindly help me on this

some files are missing (like network, Control Panel, systems, windows components) under administrative group policy template kindly help me on this

In the Group Policy Editor, right-click on administrative templates, add/remove templates.

    Usually, you would see:

    CONF
    Inetres
    System
    Wmplayer
    sooper

If some are missing, add them as follows:

Click Add and it will open a folder where you can add the missing elements to match the list back in, or to match the list on a system that works correctly.

Restart to make sure that the changes stick.

Each component has a history, you can Google for more information.

  • I got my windows vista ultimate administrator standard user account.

I got my windows vista ultimate administrator standard user account. Now whenever I try to update or install "User Account Control" is constantly asking me to (type an administrator password, and then click OK). The problem is that I can't do this because OK is disabled (grayed out) and no place to type the admin password or the other. How to restore this administrator account or even to enable the local administrator account by default here?

    Hello

If you have another administrator user account on your computer then log in and change the account to standard user for the administrator account.   If not, then follow the steps from the link and check if that helps: how to use system restore to log on Windows 7 or Windows Vista when you lose access to an account http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940765/en-us

  • Access denied on a "documents and settings" folder in windows 7 with administrator rights

I get access denied on the ' c: \documents and settings "in windows 7 with administrator rights.  The icon shows a small lock on the (very cute) folder. Permissions indicate full control to the folder. I can only access the contents of the folder by adding it to the library folder. The computer is fairly recent and is very near of the original factory. Unlike my precious computers I left it mostly original except for the odd new program. I never really noticed when it pops up as I was getting used to format windows 7 and thought that it must be "the new way" to 7 " The disk has been partitioned by Asus, which significantly added to the confusion. Now I think that it why documents and settings would be in the same folder anyway?  What is a level administrator uber folder? Any ideas greatly appreciated.

"Documents and Settings" are not a folder - it's a junction Point.

It is there to allow legacy applications using the latest Windows 7 folder structure.

There is nothing in what you can use.

See here for more information about Junction Points:

    Original title: Admin account

You must be an administrator, because the first account you create during Setup must be an administrator-level account.  There is also a built-in account (with a current name 'administrator'), but it is disabled, unless you are in Safe Mode (restart hold F8 for safe mode).  As soon as the integrated, you can sign in and upgrade your real account on a daily basis at the level of administrator control panel.

Note: even if you are an administrator, some processes will ask confirmation continue.  This is recommended because it prevents the virus of piracy of your profile and using your account.

  • Windows Vista Home Premium - problem "task manager has been disabled by your administrator".

    Nice day

I had problems with my task manager (I use the operating system "Windows Vista Home Premium"). Evertime I try to access the program, he returns with "task manager has been disabled by your administrator". I used different tools to remove malware and got rid of a lot of problems but still can not in Task Manager.

I created a new user with administrator account and logged on it and had no problem until my 'Task Manager' program open, but when I went back to my origional administrator account the same problem occurred.

Why can I get to "Task Manager" in my new account administrator and not the former?
I still have malware in the old account or do I go into my registry and restore something?

  • Not possible to update Windows, asking the administrator

Original title: System Update updates Microsoft windows

my computer is saking administrator and I don't know how to install it uoy can help me

    Hi Ronald,.

You connect under an administrator account on your computer?

This problem may occur for one of the following reasons:

    a. you are not logged as a user belonging to the local Administrators group.

    b. you are not allowed to specific registry keys or files.

    c. the operating system cannot read the data in the file % Systemroot%\System32\Catroot2.

Refer to the steps in the following Microsoft article and check if that helps.

You receive an error message 'Administrators' only when you try to visit the Windows Update Web site or the Microsoft Update Web site: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/316524

  • How to stop the exploitation of windows 8 pro administrator privileges File Explorer

Security of Norton had a problem activating.  I called Norton.  The tech support agent took control of my computer.  Norton was uninstalled and reinstalled.  The task has been completed as an administrator.  Norton was asked to enter a PIN activate.  Asked me to call Qwest to get the PIN.  Norton comes as a package with CenturyLink DSL.  The tech support agent uninstalled both Qwest and Norton to reinstall both at the same time.  My computer was working fine.  The next morning at startup, I got a message that said: File Explorer is running for administrator privileges.  Restart the Explorer of files normally and try again.  I can't find how to do this.

I had exactly the same problem, and it's super easy.

    1. press Ctrl + SHIFT + ESC. This opens the Task Manager.

    2. scroll and click on Windows Explorer.

    3. click on restart.

That's all there is to it!

  • Windows 8 and administrator privileges

I installed windows 8 on my Lenovo G560 but I don't have administrative privileges for some reason any. I tried the command net user Adminstartor/active: Yes , but still my local account doesn't have administrative privileges (I replaced the administrator with my local account name). I can't change my image of account and make any customization due to administrator privileges. I can't even start services SRS HD Audio because of the same. anyone can help and can suggest an alternative to the HD Audio SRS as appropriate. any help will be much appreciated.

Thank you much for the help that you assigned but I just found the solution to my problem. My account of windows 8 has full administrator rights now, and I can now customize my windows to my taste. I also installed SRS HD Audio, which had already failed to install. I discovered that my Windows 8 has been properly activated. When I did a clean install of Windows 8 to solve my problem of .NET Framework 3.5, I activated it correctly myself and she gave me a full administrator rights. Thanks for the help. Very much appreciated.

  • Corrupt Windows 2012 R2 Administrator profile

    Hi all

I logged on my current server to run Windows 2012 r2 level one day and a new profile of the administrator is created.

C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop, I see clearly my original files, but the current Administrator profile is directed to C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\Desktop

    I tried:

    (1) deletion and recreation of the account administrator profile using another account has administrator (System Settings Advanced-> advanced-> user profile tab) rights.

    (2) to make scanning of virus/malware

    (3) Regedit to change the value or values of ProfileList (https://support.microsoft.com/kb/947215?wa=wsignin1.0)

Nothing can make me "point back" to the original Administrator profile I want to have. Whenever I log into admin account, it just go directly to C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile to load the profile.

The main problem is that I can't use desktop connection remote, which is crucial for my operations. The error dialog box pops up just indicating that Remote Desktop cannot be connected. I did a check and my ddns account works fine.

Please do not asked to re - format or system restore. I had reasons not to do so.

  • Windows XP Professional /administrateur privledges

I have windows XP Professional and I lost administrator privledges and can not remove or add software.  How to establish administrator privledges to add and or remove software?

How do you know that you have lost the privilege of administrator?  Many programs will set up an error saying you need the administrator privileges at the first sign of any trouble.  Many times it is because of something other than that.
Quick test: right click on the button 'start '.
If "Open All Users" is one of the options that opens, then you have administrator privilege.

How to recover depends on how you lost the privilege (deactivation of the only administrator account, it's a way, forget your admin password is another).  With a little more information, we can push you in the right direction.
