Windows 8 on a Mac - 32-bit or 64-bit

I have 2 Macs and I want to install Win 8 on both, I've had Parallels in a computer and Boot Camp on the second.

I am about to purchase 2 licenses to win 8 and I am aware that I have to buy the System Builder version, but I don't know if I have to buy 32 or 64 bit
