  I recently bought a PC with windows 8 on it and it works fine. but every once in a while everything freezes except the mouse. I can still move the mouse but cannot click on anything. Explorer freezes, and all my open programs and etc. task bar clock freeze. He then answers for a second or 2 after about 3 minutes and then it comes up saying not responding not on top of one of my windows open program and then my two screens go black and I can't do anything.

I replaced the computer with this one (another refurbished with a brand new HD) and still had the problem. Now I just got a new 4 TB HD hybrid (I love, BTW.) (Very fast), and the problem persists. Any ideas? Thank you. My computer guy say that their only idea is to wipe the drive clean and manually put items on one by one. Sounds expensive and has not guaranteed to solve the problem.

  If you have the book go to the collection of recorded books. Right-click (Ctrl-click) on that collection name and choose "set as target Collection.
