Windows 8 says my headphones are disconnected, and they are not!

Oh, God. I am so Mad.

Well. Yesterday I installed Windows 8 x 64 in my PC, leaving Windows 7 x 32 behind.
I had until now of speakers and headphones NGS NGS works PERFECTLY. While the speakers were connected to the rear plugs of the PC, the headset was connected to the front ones. I had configured their thanks to Realtek HD to work at the same time, if I turned on the speakers, while the headphones were still on.
The headset includes a microphone, they have two cables, for reading green and Pink for the record, and they ARE connected to their respective catches.
But I changed to Windows 8 and everything went wrong. Now, Windows detects my speakers, but does not detect the headset. They are connected.
They AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARE. Y. Y. Y. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGHHHH.
But playback Audio convenience store in Windows says they are not. God. I uninstalled the drivers again and again once and again and again and again. Literally. Five times. And Windows Update automatically reinstalled them when I restarted the PC. And I don't know that they are good drivers because they have the same name as those had from my PC to Windows 7.
I tried to put the helmet as the predetermined unit, but I can't. The button is unpushable (in gray) because how the * you want to set as predetermined something that cannot be detected? Well, I need help.
I already checked article "No sound in Windows" and:
-The sound card is freaking great.
-The helmet is screwed connected.
-The power and volume are high and on fracking. I'm not THIS delay, LOL.
In any case, thank you for your attention.
P.S.: They ARE connected!

I'm SO bad * ss.

I'll post what I did to get this to work.
1. go to the page Web of Realtek: http://realtek.com.tw.
2. look at the 'Quick links' section and click on "HD Audio Codec Driver.
3. accept the nonsense above and click on "next".
4. download the file according to your OS.
5. install this chick.
6 reset.
7. go in Control Panel > hardware and Sound > Realtek Sound Manager.
8. I'm tired. Look at this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CCQOTBXFznw

Think about it an absolute must - manually update your drivers.

Vista and Windows 7 updated drivers love then here's how update the most important.

This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:

-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system.
For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,
Description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model
your video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now, click on update
Driver (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then right-click.
Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
    each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
    necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW in the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER device - check
    manually by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.
    http://pcsupport.about.com/od/driverssupport/HT/driverdlmfgr.htm

Installation and update of drivers under Windows 7 (updated drivers manually using the methods above
It is preferable to ensure that the latest drivers from the manufacturer of system and device manufacturers are located)
    http://www.SevenForums.com/tutorials/43216-installing-updating-drivers-7-a.html

If you update the drivers manually, then it's a good idea to disable the facilities of driver under Windows
Updates, that leaves about Windows updates but it will not install the drivers that will be generally
older and cause problems. If updates offers a new driver and then HIDE it (right click on it), then
get new manually if you wish.

So very well and why you get the message. Windows 7 Pro would be logical for an E6320 aimed at the corporate market. Also departmental systems do not always have the recovery partition. The disc provided by Dell is evil which is unusual because they know what version of the laptop came with. More relevant is this point of the ball which is specifically stated that the message will go up because of the service pack

I ordered the Dell XP disc and did the re-install. It works fine now. The Dell technical support had me do some updates on the web as well. I have not had problems since. What happened with the automatic updates completely wiped out my operating system. At least I don't have to buy a new computer.

If nothing else works, try reinstalling your operating system. It worked for me.

    Hi Biagio000,

Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Communities. The problem description, I understand that you install Windows media player 12.

Windows media player 12 is the media player in Windows 7 by default.

    Hi Daryl

Please follow: error "You have been disconnected" whenever I try to connect to the Cloud creative office application.

    See if that helps.

    Thank you
