Windows 8 store won't finish loading?

I try to open the Windows in Windows 8 single language store, however whenever I try to open, she, the logo moves to the top left of the screen and it just continues to load. It is not accessible to a point that I can't update my apps and I can't install the Windows 8.1 update. My applications start to fail as well. I tried to download the WSreset.exe app and windows store repair app, but he told me that I needed a Microsoft account. I try to connect with my Microsoft account, I get a message saying that Microsoft's servers are not accessible, and that is the problem to search for in the network problems. I try and register with a Microsoft account, and I get the same message. Can someone help me here please, I'm out of options. To resolve this problem, run the following in a command window (CMD) to reregister the App Store:

PowerShell - ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage - registry DisableDevelopmentMode-$Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.XML

  • If you get the error 0x8007064A after you run, that means that the registry key 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\AppModel\Repository\packages' has no SYSTEM as owner.
  • Change the owner to the SYSTEM as explained here and try again.

    Just did an upgrade to Windows 8 Pro all seem to load fine, but all applications on the splash screen that are there by default will not seem to run. The cards seem fine. But when I click on the Windows store I just get t he Store Screen and the white circles moving never seems to load. Goes the same for the weather application and Sports as well now.  I am using a local account but have tried one by using a Microsoft account as well and did the same as well. Anyone else having these issues it is very frustrating...

    OK, what fixed the issue I had with the Apps here does not which includes the Windows Store, etc... You will need to run the ' Refresh Your PC without affecting the files of your' you access this option by going to 'Settings of the PC' then to "general" it your will see this listed option. "." When you run this will remove some 3rd party like Adobe Reader etc. applications so you may need to reinstall these applications mainly desktop but it places a shortcut on your desktop, showing you what Apps it removed just in case you can not rememberber what you had on your machine.  After your machine is made with the 'Refresh' you will notice that it will set your home page to the new MSN which is nice and together as some of your default return parameters.   Install updates for Win8 then go to the App Store Windows and run the updates for the applications listed. Anyway everything should work from there and there is already attributed bonds Apps in the store.  Everything works Reals good as you need to go back and install a few things that got removed from the 'Refresh', but it should not take you long.      I hope this helps those who run on this issue... :)

    I bought a new laptop HP Pavilion 15 (product number: LOE38EA #ABU) a few months as a backup to my desktop PC.  It works fine except that it won't install the usual Windows 8.1 updates (Windows 8.1 has been pre-loaded).

    It downloads OK but when I restart it installation I get the message 'fail updated widows configuration', and he comes back the changes.

    I thought that it might be due to the fact that I loaded a few old Windows XP software (which will actually OK) and so I uninstalled everything, but that didn't solve the problem.

    The only other thing I've done is to replace the protection installed with Norton antivirus software that I use on my desktop.

    yesterday I asked you if the version of windows makes a difference while doin the 3rd method u mentioned in smittychat... but in fact it was version order... as u said I tried bt then also its not done...   • InDesign CC 2015 finishes loading

    Since the last update InDesign CC, when I open InDesign it never seems to finish loading.

    It's on a Windows 7 Professional 64-bit system. Here are the symptoms:

    • The Welcome screen is very (very, very) slow to load, sometimes more than 5 minutes
    • The tab 'Libraries CC' blinks constantly, but never to load any content
    • The menus are not usable. Try to select a menu will flash briefly and disappear.
    • The "wait" cursor (blue ring small spinning) flashes constantly

    InDesign is completely unsuable in this State; I can close the application from the button close window (X in the upper right corner of the application window), but not any other way.

    I tried:

    1. Registration and on my Adobe account
    2. Deleting the preference files and cache
    3. Uninstalling and reinstalling InDesign

    None of them had no effect.

    This * appears * have occurred after the "CC Libraries" feature has been added. (At least I never noticed this before feature.)

    I also noticed that there are * two * "Adobe CEF Helper.exe * 32" processes that run continuously.

    Any ideas? I'm dead in the water with InDesign and does not work at all.

    Just to follow up on it and (with luck), put him to bed:

    I've just updated to InDesign CC 2015.2, and the new version seems to have solved the problem. I wish I knew what was wrong with the previous version of 2015, but I guess I'll take an installation works on an understanding of why it didn't work before.
