  I finally got someone who speaks to me. He said I had 2 options: he could disable my Windows serial numbers and send me serial numbers Mac. The other option was to return and get a refund for the version of Windows and then buy the Mac version.

  Also, were you logout when you leave the PSE? If you go to help > Sign Out, you disable PES 12, so just leave it signed, if he's going to stay that way. If not, you need customer supports 99jon said.

  I read somewhere that the COA (certificate of authenticity) sticker is not attached to the machine more. Instead, it will be incorporated in the BIOS setting. So maybe it's even for me.
