  To turn on Aero in Windows:

  	To change the Windows Vista Aero color scheme
  	1. Open appearance by clicking the Start button settings, clicking Control Panel, appearance and personalization, customization, and then clicking window color and appearance. If the appearance settings dialog box is not displayed, at the bottom of the page, click Open classic appearance properties. 2. In the color scheme list, click Windows Vista Aero, and then click OK.

  Once you have enabled Aero, I think this will be easier for you to do whenever you want on or OFF the 3DFlip. You can also open Flip 3D by pressing the keys CTRL + Windows + TAB. You can then press TAB to cycle through the windows. (You can also press RIGHT ARROW or ARROW down to navigate forward one window, or press LEFT ARROW or UP ARROW to navigate to the back office.) Press ESC to close Flip 3D.

  IM SURPRISED. I MEAN, THE RESOLUTION WAS A WORLD AWAY FROM THE AERO QUESTION, AND NOW THESE TWO ARE NOW LINKED IN SOME WAY.
