  As I said earlier, the DNG Converter works ONLY on files, not on files.

  Do not target the individual files.  Target Of THE FOLDER that contains them.

  Make sure that said FILE DO NOT contain any other files , you have already settled before, or your settings will be eliminated when re-converted to DNG.

  I don't want the drivers.  I mean the software.  The drivers you get from the page server 2003 and the software from the page I referenced.   Otherwise, you need to contact HP, as they provide that software, not Microsoft.

• I guess that I need autorun fix so that my laptop will run assistant camera and recognize my camera again. How to fix autorun?

  because my laptop was served from a virus and then updated with more ram it seems to lose its autorun scanner and camera wizard functionality when I plug in my camera.  It works with a camera but not my main sony camera, which does not.  Is there an autorun for this fix?

  I built in webcam and touchsreen on my gateway zx6961 - options I can NOT locate where basically turn it on... I load the drivers but there are NO options display touchscreen or cam...   So you're unable to turn toward the camera and touch screen on the computer.

  I suggest you to check if you have installed the camera on the computer Assistant tool. If so, you are looking for the same thing in start search and check. If you do not have the software installed you should be able to download and install it from the gateway support site.

  For the trouch screen, you can find the option to turn on in the Pen and Touch feature.

  I found the problem. It wasn't on any Windows 10 or any driver.  I recently replaced my laptop screen and everything by replacing the technician missed a small plug to be inserted into the socket near the area of Webcam. And this is responsible for the functionality of microphone and webcam.

• Recent problem that the Autoplay menu does not appear when I plug my digital cameras and devices on Windows Vista

  Recently, I had a problem in that, plugged in my camera and also my phone options auto run does not come up as they used to do.

  The cameras appear under my computer and in Device Manager but not under "Devices that you connect to your computer will be listed here" appear in the automatic game options and this area is totally blank.

  I also checked the box "Use AutoPlay for all media and devices to" check in the auto play options.  CD and USB sticks work very well.

  I have Windows Vista.  I read that Microsoft has sent a security update patch to stop the AutoRun works on Windows Vista.  I tried to turn it around by using their dose, but it doesn't seem to help.

  Hi - my problem is now solved.

  Not long after reading the post above the laptop crashed and had to have a replacement hard drive.

  I just got the laptop PC repair workshop, and although there are still a lot of updates to download, I plugged the camera the hurrah the AutoPlay menu appeared.

  Obviously there is something fundamentally wrong with the laptop, but it will be interesting to see if AjutoPlay still works when all the Microsoft updates have been resettled.
