Yesterday I moved a movie file video of my D: drive on drive C: (the two C & D are my partitioned hard drive), but shortly after I moved, my laptop becomes unresponsive, then, a pop-up window will appear and say: 'Windows Explorer does not work, the window now collects data & will take a few moments "...
The real problem is... continuous refreshing office it self as it seems an attempt to Windows restarts auto, it's unrespondesive to the greater part of the order, even if I can finally to click on Control Panel / my computer, it took me 15 minutes,...
Here's what I myself had tried but still could have solved the DIF:
1. launch McAfee analysis, took the hour and a half,... no virus is detected.
2. unplug the computer and turn it back... re-started in normal mode and safe mode, after reboot, problem still there...
3. re-started in normal mode, perform a restore of the system to a previous date... tried 2 times, but still problem after restore.
4. tried to restore the system to safe mode, but find out they do not have restore option in SafeMode... don't understand why.

4 GB RAM SDRAM
400 GB 5400 RPM HARD drive
Intel T9500 2.6 GHz

Well first of all, btwapi.dll is a process no system developed by Bluetooth. If you go on your computer, try to disable Bluetooth by going to network and Internet or however your wireless interface is configured on your computer. If you don't have Bluetooth on your computer, try to uninstall it. go to start > Control Panel > programs > uninstall programs > scroll down and uninstall. My last suggesting opens upward, the Windows Task Manager (press ctrl + alt + delete and release). Go to processes and disable the application there. I tried pretty much everything I can try in this thread, and nothing seems to work! It is very probably the the most annoying problem that I experienced with windows! I can open all the files and programs it is just that the 'Windows Explorer has stopped working"error appears literally every 5 to 15 seconds! I click on cancel, and the other appears which says "Windows Explorer restarts" help please, I've never been more ready to give up on windows for good!
