  Hi Gary. Is the message that you receive "Windows did not start successfully, a recent hardware change might have caused this?

  When you see this message you should be in the Advanced Options menu that is in Safe Mode, Mode safe mode with networking, last known good configuration ect... Using the top and the arrow keys on your keyboard scrolling to the last known good configuration work and then press ENTER. Let the computer ample time to start.
