  I have exactly the same problem. The store was working but now I get the message "Windows store is not available on windows to workspace" even if it is installed on a laptop.   question... then make a right click of the photo thumbnail or file name and

  FWIW... If the photo was scanned and saved in your photos
  file the printer would not be involved.
