Windows install start whenever I start office or other applications

Hello
I have a new dell laptop 1555 with Windows Vista32bit installed SP1. After you have installed an application on my new pc, I noticed a really annoying problem with windows install: whenever I start a program Suite Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 (but not only, I have the same problem with other applications, i.e. a merger-splitter pdf free), windows install start to do don't know what who for several seconds (sometimes minutes) ('Wait Configuring Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 "and then"install... (''), then the application starts successfully.

I tried Windows Install Cleanup, remove Office Enterprise 2007, and then reinstall but nothing has changed. I read something on the web, but the only solution that has worked for a user with the same problem was to format and reinstall vista...

can you help me please?

Thank you very much

Edit: also tried installing that: http://www.microsoft.com/downloadS/details.aspx?displaylang=it&FamilyID=5a58b56f-60b6-4412-95b9-54d056d6f9f4
nothing has changed, please help me

  • Windows 7 Desktop inadmissible after the closure of other applications

    Hello

For much of this week I noticed some little quirks with the operation of windows 7 and some of its applications such as windows Explorer and internet explore.  However, today the most baffling problems confronted me.  As soon as my computer is updated, or directly after a reboot, everything seems fine and I am able to open directly the office applications.  However, after closing my browser to internet explorer or windows windows Explorer all icons on the windows desktop are block.  The button on the start menu and the taskbar continue to work as usual.  During my resets in the attempt to solve this problem, I noticed that the reboot process takes much longer than usual to complete.  Analyses of virus using AVG found no problem, which is ' sfc/scannow' from the command running as prompt suggests a similar thread.  It is a genuine copy of Windows 7 which has been updated since Vista about 4 weeks ago.

  • Impossible to install Office 2003 on Windows 7 Starter netbook

Hi - I'm looking for help in setting up my office 2003 DVD on my netbook.  I tried to connect a DVD player to my netbook (not good) and followed with a copy of the contents of entires of the DVD to my netbook via a flash drive (also not good).

In both scenarios, I get the following error:
Installation of Microsoft Office 2003: error 1723.  There is a problem with the Windows Installer package.  A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. »

Cords or suggestions would be appreciated.

    Hi Steve Heff,.

You receive this error Windows Installer error 1723 when installing a program. Installation can be terminated prematurely, or there may be a fatal error during installation. Windows Installer error 1723 occurs because Windows Installer cannot start the source files for the configuration of the software application you are trying to install. These files may be missing or damaged. In general, the original MSI installation files will be cached in the ' C: winntInstaller directory before installation begins. Inappropriate caching of a file MSI is main causes of errors, too.

First of all, check if the Windows Installer service is started in the Services.

    1. click on start.
2 type Service to start the search.
    3. Locate the Windows Installer Service in the Services window.
    4. make sure that the service is started, if it is to restart the service and check.

Now try to install Microsoft Office and check.

If you are unable to install, then I suggest that you uninstall all files related to Microsoft Office 2003 by using Windows Installer Cleanup Utility.

See link: use the utility Windows Install CleanUp to remove Office 2000, Office XP or Office 2003: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301

Now try to install Office and check.

  • kb2416471 install fails with 80070BC9 on Windows 7 Starter Edition.

    Hello.

I have serious problems with the installation of .NET Framework 3.5.1 security update on my Asus Eee PC 901 running Windows 7 Starter edition.

Whenever I try to install it, I get error 80070BC9. I tried to repair Windows Update, but it does not help.

In some forums on the Internet, it is suggested to turn off .NET Framework 3.5.1 in Windows 7, but it is not possible to do this on Windows 7 Starter, given that this option is available in the Windows features.

It's even more annoying because Windows will continue to try to install this update several times, every time I start the computer.

Visit the Microsoft Solution Center and antivirus security for resources and tools to keep your PC safe and healthy. If you have problems with the installation of the update itself, visit the Microsoft Update Support for resources and tools to keep your PC updated with the latest updates.

  • Security for the family (Windows 8) started blocking * some * 2013 Office apps (Word, PowerPoint)... but he used to work.

I'm having this same problem, and would be grateful for the help.

I have a laptop Windows 8 with 2013 Office installed. I put no administrator accounts for all members of the family except me and turned on Family Safety, blocking all applications except those approved by me. It was all working well for about a year, until very recently (maybe 2 months ago).

One day, the wife and children reported Family Safety started MS Word it blocks all their user (non-administrator) accounts. And this will happen * after * the application was already started for a minute or two! (I don't know what has changed, or if there was a Windows update that has just occurred, etc.). Word would be arrested, and invite him to the dialog box asking permission ("my mother is here... ") appeared. Enter the correct credentials admin does not help, and Word does not start with the subsequent launches. I repeat the question now.

    Other comments/symptoms:

-Word and PowerPoint are blocked, but Excel has worked well.
-All 2013 office applications work fine on the admin account.
-Parental control settings are correct (I quintuple checked now).
-Disable the parental control completely to any non-administrator user account allows applications Office work very well on this account.
-Create a new user account not administrator for... This test also the same problem.
-In the course of running Windows Update (to date) and reboot... no change.
-Don't search other discussions of the forum... no joy or solutions:

Help! Word is the program children use more and disabling all parental control so they can use it is really back & broken.

    Thanks in advance

I still have the same problem as John.  I tried all the remedies, including this Court, but nothing seems to work.   Family Safety blocks even MS Word.

    Hey Wolfe Pack.

I have not tried the suggestion of Winston to remove all files for the parental control settings again. Did you?

In short, this is what I tried in the place, which seems to have helped:

In the admin account, I opened the dialog box to manage parental controls for a child's account settings. Then clicking on the link to the installer apps are allowed. I chose "X can only use apps that I leave" and then at the bottom right you click the box 'disable all' to deselect all applications.

I have logged on to the child's account, then launched the word and allowed him ("my mother is here... ") before any other apps or background allowing deals who wanted permission to run. Launched Word then OK. Then, in various other applications were to be used and popped up, I allowed, too. It's annoying because it meant a lot of Bing and type the admin password for everything that I wanted to use or that runs in the background, but seems not have allowed Word to run again.

This could end up being identical to what Winston has proposed (by deleting all files, effectively erasing all parameters). I'll see how it goes. Let us know if you try it.
