  Looks like you've cut the Ribbon.

  Open WLMail, along the upper left corner, you have some icons if you move the pointer over it, generally: new ' 'response', 'update all' 'customize the Quick Access toolbar. Click on 'Customize Quick Access toolbar' and at the bottom of the list, uncheck the box "cut the Ribbon".

  Hopefully that should get it back.

When I read one, it does not appear in Quickview no read more (I expect) but I do not see any Inbox in Quickview and its still not in my Inbox.   Please look here on your computer. If you use windows live mail (e-mail client) there should be data there.  If there is copy somewhere else and then run this to try and fix WLM

  The default location is C; \user\your name\app user data (can be invisible - later) \local\Microsoft\ windows live mail

  (app data are hidden you must go into Control Panel (depending on operating system) > folder options > view > display the hidden files and folders)

  If you currently have problems using Windows Live Mail, please try to fix it by following these steps:

  Type "Wlarp" into the search (without quotes of course), and then press enter > fix all programs WLE
