e. tried to look in the NVIDIA Control Panel but did not find anything which could be relevant here
Any ideas?

Original title: error starting in WL photo library
Hello guys,.
I use the photo gallery of WL (latest version) for some time, but one day it stopped working without remembering any important changes that might break a.
When I try to run it, it gives this error:
---------------------------
Windows Live Photo Gallery
---------------------------
Windows Live Photo Gallery encountered an error and cannot start.Error code: 0 x 80070035
---------------------------
Ok
---------------------------I tried to reinstall it but without success. I've also renamed the files Pictures.pdX C:\Users\
\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Photo Gallery, but with the same result. Not to mention that the event log does not contain messages recorded on this subject and also the follow-up of the process with Process Monitor did not show anything that would tell me the cause of this problem...
If someone from the Live team or an MVP watch that I can send you the output monitor process or any other information that you might find useful.
Any other suggestions on what I can try next?
Thank you!
Chris
I'm waiting for the confirmation of the guys from the Live team on this, but I've corrected this problem.
The error came from the fact that Windows registry stalled Chronogram of some access roads network I had on my computer from a former WHS (Windows Home Server) box so basically, Windows Explorer - WL photo library was still trying reach these network paths, even if in Explorer / settings there is no references to WHS, so registry entries in neutral paths and wrong...
Replace the data of those key in the Windows registry under the HKEY CURRENT USER corrected this problem and I was able to start WL photo library.

Whenever I click on a photo to open the above error apears.
Hi AntonioJMonteiro,
(1) if it works well before?
(2) remember to make changes?
Method 1: You can follow the steps described in the article below, which deals with a similar question
Windows Live Photo Gallery crashes or won't start
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/944221
Important: method 1 contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. For more information about how to back up and restore the registry, click on the number below to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base.

I'm so sick of spending half of my cope with the Windows Live Photo Gallery. I downloaded 3 Picasso and had no problems at all. I kept wlpg default - unafraid of. Any ideas on that? Thank you
If you like Picasa you can remove Windows Live Photo Gallery, if you want.
(FWIW... I also like Picasa)If you changed the photo in Windows Live Photo Gallery... the original versions
pictures... those that you would "Revert" to... are located in the following folder. "C:\Users\

I want to be able to associate the photo files to the Windows and Windows Live Photo Gallery Photo Viewer viewer. In both cases, I can't find the executable files. I would like to know the file name and location.
Hey healee.
There is no executable file to the Windows Photo Viewer. It is not a stand-alone application. So you can't run it as an application rather it runs with dllhost.exe.
Same information applies to Windows Live Photo Gallery.
The dll for the photo viewer file is located here:C:\Program Files\Windows Photo Viewer\PhotoViewer.dll
Coming to your point about the picture of opening attached files in Mozilla, you should be able to open the file with using Windows Photo Viewer open with which gives the possibility to choose the helper application.
Kind regards

Original title: Windows Live Photo Gallery problem
I used to have Windows Live Photo Gallery on this computer and it was working fine. For some reason, he took off. I tried to download again and get a message that says I have to sign as an administrator for the download to work. When I check my user account, it is said that I AM the administrator.
What should do? Thank you
Try to create a new administrator account and see if you can install the program. If you can, your profile is corrupt.
