  Dell reinstall drive includes the OEM SLC factory product key so no activation is required on your part. The drivers are also included, but play no role in activation except to provide an Internet connection for the verification / validation of the Dell product key.

  To install a Windows 8 upgrade version, you must already have Windows 7, Windows Vista, or Windows XP installed on your PC.

  I've updated the banner code to use CSS Media Queries to support iPhone, iPad, Android (x-large) and light the fire.  No doubt, I left a few others but you should get most of the way.  The code will be included in an update to the right starter kit later today (I hope).  In the meantime, you can download it from: http://lighthouse.adobe.com/dps/entitlement_starter/banner/Archive.zip

  If you want to have a proportional experience with banners on iPad1, 2 and 3, then you must use the percentage height.  You can choose what is best for your experience.  To keep it close to the original, 180/1024 = 17.6%.
