  get a status error happen when the laptop is turned on. The error code is 0xcoooooe9, windows does not load upward and the tool does not work.

  Trying to get back to factory settings, but it crashed saying the partition cannot be created and was only an option to turn off the laptop.

  I bought the Pavilion 17 - f002sm and instaled Windows 8.1 on it... and now, every time I start the computer, Device Manager indicates that the display driver has collapsed because it reports an error (code 43)...   Thaks for the advice... I solved the problem... it wasn't easy... first I had to reinstall windows 8, first I had to install radeon r5 and then I had to install r7 if I wanted it to work... I used the everest program to search for info on the device and searching the Internet for drivers... so it was a nightmare to find the druver wireless... I hope that you will download the real drivers for this laptop on your site...
