I checked the event viewer who stated that I received a #81 error in the Media Center Guide and an #4 information in the Media Center Scheduler.  I read some of the Microsoft Answers where a respondent said that he got his updated guide to date in its C:\Windows\ehome\ Windows Explorer and run the mcupdate application, however I don't have this app in this folder.  I looked through several sources and that you do not find a solution.  Someone has an answer for this problem?

  You try to run the tool File Checker system to make sure that all the files are there. If you are missing the mcupdate program so it can be the source of the problem.

  Go to start, run, type the following command in the Run dialog box, and then press OK: sfc.exe/scannow

• ODI-conditional scheduling for a scenario

  Hello

  I have a conditional obligation plan a work/scenario in ODI

  There is a scenario 1 - which must be scheduled to run every day at 06:00 except Sunday

  Scenario 2 - which should be scheduled to run only on Sunday at 6:00

  Scenario 1 should be scheduled to run on Sunday after scenario 2 is executed.

  Can anyone suggest the best way to do it.

  Any help or suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

  For the first instance, as mentioned above, schedule the job for scenario 1 to run every day except Sunday.

  Second case, where scenario1 must be performed after scenario 2 Sunday only.

  Create a separate package, in which you add step 1 Scenario 2 then step 2 Scenario 1 time in a synchronous mode and generate a scenario (annex work for this scenario run only on Sunday)

  or

  Create a separate package, in which you add step 1 Scenario 2 then step 2 OdiwaitforChildSession, step 3 Scenario 1 and scenario (annex work for this scenario run only on Sunday)

  In both cases the scenario 1 will be executed after the success of scenario 2.

  I have 2 shots in charge-> A & B

  A departure at 22:30 and B starts at 12:00. And that's the plan.

  But B should not start until A is completed.

  Scenario 1: A completed before 12:00, B starts without a problem

  Scenario 2: Not finished until 12:00 B must wait until a care Plan is completed.

  How can I achieve this in ODI...

  Then simply change the query to refresh. You can just check that there is no Instance of Plan charge for this load running Plan. If there is something running, you wait and loop as described above.

  I am planning my work load in production and it won't start.

  I created my agent and I tested, works very well.

  I create my plan work, updated appendix on the Agent, I see even the work on demand, but it never starts.

  I did it for months in my development environment without any problems.

  I finally contacted Oracle's Support, and it worked after I cleaned the cache. It's their part:

  In the weblogic cluster environment, session is effectively cached and shared by the members of the cluster, sometimes caches corrupt, so clean caches and contributes to restart.

  I planned my Windows Defender ACCT to do daily, a full scan, at 05:00.  However, I just got a notice that a comprehensive analysis was made for the last 5 days!  Why is this happening?  Thank you.

  As you plan the scan at 5:00 every day, the system must be switched on at the scheduled time and allow the analysis to be performed. If the system is turned OFF or the system is shut down during the analysis, we encounter this problem. However, there is a setting that can be applied to the analysis starts automatically when the system boots.
   
  To activate this setting, try the following steps.
  1. Click Start, type taskschd.msc and press to enter.
  2. click on continue in the UAC prompt.
  3. in the right pane, click view, and click Show hidden tasks to check it out. (See screenshot below step 7)
  4. in the left pane, click the arrow on the Task Scheduler Library folder and the folder of Microsoft to develop.
  5. click on the folder of Windows Defender.
  6. in the middle pane, right-click on the MP scheduled Scan list and click Properties.
  7. click on the settings tab.
  8. check the 'run task as soon as possible after a regular departure is missed box."
  NOTE: This will allow Windows Defender perform the scheduled scan the next time you have the computer if the scan is not respected because she is not able to run at the scheduled time.
  9. click on the OK button.
  10. Close Task Scheduler window.

• Windows Media Center Scheduler service is not running, even when the value of autostart

  I had some trouble recently getting Windows Media Center to record programs. I did some research and found that Windows Media Center (ehSched) Scheduler Service does not start when I start my computer.
  It IS configured to start automatically.
  When I found that the service has not been started, I have manually started, but would find it himself quit again a few minutes later.
  It of very frustrating and resulted in missing the scheduled recordings.
  The only way to save that program is open the WMC and actually watching the program for the duration of the scheduled recording. (Not good if I'm not home!)

  I am running Windows 7 32 bit SP1 on a laptop of Toshiba Satellite A500.

  I recommend you to disable the Scheduler together during the maintenance window and re-enable later.

• Psadmin Windows / tmadmin problem.

  Our financial system is version 9, version 8.50 Peopletools. We have a planner appserver and processes running on unix and windows. Under windows, we run the Scheduler appserver and process as a windows service, but if we need to check the status or something, we would simply go to a command prompt, enter psadmin.exe and start the PeopleSoft server administrator.

• Maintenance of Windows XP

  Even if Windows Vista, 7 and 8 have long been released, I am still using Windows XP for home usage, because it is easy to use and easy to navigate and not having any problems with it.
