Method 2: If you bought the software separately, you can view this help article:

My computer caught a SERIOUS virus that damaged my beta Windows Vista together. So I've upgraded to Windows 7, however, I have not the key product for Windows Vista or 7. Is it possible to set this up with Windows Vista or 7 because my product key for computers, which was at the back of it, has been erased or worn. There is no name on the back of my laptop sticker saying what product key to use. Thank you!

What virus? How did you know you had it? You run an anti-virus
the program? Which one? Is it updated? Why don't you use not to
remove the virus? So I had to upgrade to Windows 7,
Ugh! The upgrade to a different version of Windows does not remove a virus. In
did the upgrade when you have a problem is always a bad
thing to do and will be much more likely to make the problem worse than in
solve it.However, I have not the key product for Windows Vista or 7.
Where have you upgraded to Windows 7? Upgrade to a
legitimate version Windows7 is a bad thing, but if you went to one
a pirated version, it is likely to cause additional problems and you
are probably in trouble now and need to clean install a
copy legitimate of some versions of Windows. Is there a way to set up in Windows Vista or 7 because

Windows it came with and may not be used for all other versions. If you
don't have a product key for Vista or Windows 7, the laptop
no doubt supplied with XP. Is this correct? If it came with XP, it is very old and it is almost certainly elsewhere
low power for Windows 7. In addition the drivers you need for Windows
7 there are almost certainly not, and you will not be able to run
Windows 7 on it.At this point, you are probably in trouble no matter what you do. You
must reinstall Windows XP itself, but you no longer have your
product key and you probably haven't a Windows XP CD no more. You
can try to ask the manufacturer of the laptop to a XP CD and product
key, but I doubt if you can get at this late date. You can buy a copy of Windows 7, but once, you are likely in a way
low power for the drivers you need and it will be unavailable.Ken Blake (MS-MVP)

There is no such thing as a downgrade to Windows XP. You had to make a
new installation of Windows XP. Exactly how did you do?Thus, Windows 7 Pro is on the machine.
"So?" Why you say that it is on the machine? How do you know? Or what makes
Do you not? It probably isn't.How can I get that back to Windows 7? From now you when you turn on the power, it just goes straight to XP mode.

You do not have to be equipped with Windows 7 to install Microsoft Office
2010. as long as you have Windows XP SP3, it can run 32-bit Office

The call was clearly from abroad and had a bad connection.
I received a call Thursday last of someone who said they were by the Windows team and that my computer has been altered. The call was clearly from abroad and had a bad connection. Basically, they wanted to sell me something for $99. Is it a scam? Called again today and they make me nervous because I don't know that much about computers.
Fake phone calls to technical support
Calls unrequested telephone of this nature are almost always a common scam. Do not let them give any info, do not give access to your PC, not give them all the money and do not go to all the websites that they suggest. One moment.
Please see:

Original title: Media Player
Yesterday, I downloaded a song. Now my Windows Media Player will not play anything.
I get the same room whenever I try to start each song in my library:
Media usage rights acquisition
wmasf.MusicNet.com
A license is required to play the selected song or video. However, a license for this file is not found, has expired or has been altered. To obtain a license for this content, please visit the website or open the software application in which the file was uploaded originally. You need to connect or buy the song or the video.
I ran several diagnostic, and remedial programs, but nothing worked to get media player to work (without getting this popup Media Player and stop).
It seems to be a kind of malware that has damaged something in my windows media player. When I put "wmasf.musicnet.com" in the address line on explore, I get only the same message as the pop-up.
Anyone know how I can fix the media player and get rid of this problem?
Hello
I would suggest trying the following methods and check if it helps.
Method 1:
Run the troubleshooters in Windows Media Player and check if it helps.
Open the troubleshooting Windows Media Player settings Troubleshooter: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Open-the-Windows-Media-Player-Settings-troubleshooter
Open the troubleshooter in the Windows Media Player library:
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/open-the-Windows-Media-Player-library-Troubleshooter
Method 2:
Try to reset the management of digital rights (DRM) and check if it helps.
Follow the steps to reset the DRM:
1. first of all, check that the hidden files and folders option is enabled.
To do this, follow these steps:a. start Windows Explorer. To do this, click Start, type userinit.exe in the Search box and press ENTER.
b. click on organize, and then click folder and Search Options.
c. click on the view tab.
d. click Advanced settings.
e. under hidden files and folders, click Show files and folders, clear the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) box and then click OK.
2. Locate the DRM folder on the computer.
In general, the DRM folder is located in the following location.
Note In these paths, drive represents the drive on which Windows is installed.
Windows 7 or Windows Vista.a. Windows 7 or Windows Vista versions x 86-based
drive: \ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\DRMb. Windows 7 or Windows Vista versions x 64-based
drive: \ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\DRM3 Rename the file DRM DRMbackup.
a. right click on the DRM folder and then click Rename.
b. type DRMbackup, and then press ENTER.
c. close Windows Explorer.
Warning: You must contact any third-party stores where you purchased music to reset the licenses for that music. If you copied CDs for protected Windows Media Audio files, the CD must be copied again.
