  Right-click on an empty area of the desktop, and then select Customize.  In the next window, click on change desktop icons link to the top left, and then enter a check mark in the trash box.  Click apply and then click Ok to save the change.

  Computer, only a few days now live have this corrupted video file into recycle bin 800 + MB that I can't move cannot empty the bin or restore this file. If I delete for bin of other files, I can delete those of Recycle Bin or restore.

  Scott, I had this nightmare. Same Win8 restored to an earlier time without success. Right-click on the Recycle Bin icon. The properties will tell you the size is fixed to to your c: / drive. Take note of this. and set it to 1 MB (there is no place for your file in question). When you see that the tray is clear, again no matter what size it was. Check again. Clear them all to go? Boos! D

  OK - I messed around with the settings more and came across a solution.
  1 right-click on the account name in the left pane, and then select settings.
  2. Select Server settings
  3. in the central block under deletion actions, select Advanced
  4. uncheck the "show only subscribed folders", and then click OK
  5. click OK in the parameters, and then collapse the account name in the left pane so not subfolders appear.
  6 expand the name of the account. This is - the trash is now a garbage can with the function of "empty trash".
  7. If desired, return to the advanced settings and re - select "show only subscribed folders" and click OK

  Don't ask me why this works. It's a total coincidence that I even found it.

  Try running ChkDsk to check your drive for errors.   You may not have to not remove the icon without the small arrow, its the original Recycle Bin on the desktop. One with a small arrow that indicates it is a short must be deleted.  It is easy to create a shortcut, right-click on the Recycle Bin > create a shortcut, another with a small arrow icon appears on the desktop. • Windows 7 bar tools/icons at the top of the screen are missing!

  My toolbar for Windows 7 @ the top of my computer screen is missing.  This is the toolbar that came with my new computer and windows 7 (internet content explorer, trash, mail, etc...) The large icons that passed through the top of the screen (horizontally) disappeared.  Does anyone know how to get it back?  Thank you

  First, go to start / all programs. Find the toolbar here. If this is a Dell computer, the toolbar is called the Dell docking station and you can start it again by selecting the toolbar in the Dell folder.
