  The extraction option isn't here for a zip file, I just downloaded and tried to open it. Also, when I tried to open the zip file, the default program to open a zip file is now Windows Photo.   Thanks with regard to recommendation 7-zip.   My husband also was informed today by using 7-zip recommendation of his colleagues today.  From now on, the problem is solved because my husband to restore the computer to a point prior backup.
