Thanks for your help, but I had the problem corrected 2 days ago.  I forgot to close this message.  I ended up calling Verizon, but they could not solve the problem either so they me transferred to the Helpdesk of the real RIM.  While helping me, RIM realized that it was a real problem that they had not addressed before.  They had me remove my battery while working their magic.  When I put the battery back in and turned my phone on the problem has been resolved... Finally!  And all it took was 1 hour and 15 minutes on the phone.

I tried your directions this morning, but even that has yet to appear on my phone.  But thanks again for trying.

  • Sync blackBerry Smartphones Blackberry email. (sent in box)

    Hi all

You have a problem, has suddenly found that when I send emails from my blackberry, the email don't sync to my inbox sent on thunderbird.

But it works perfectly before, can someone tell me what is happening?

p.s. I just change my bb 9700 to 9860, but assume that it does not affect, is not it?

Hello and welcome to the community!

Thunderbird is an email client application. The BB has no interaction with client applications. On the contrary, the BB interacts with your mail server, governed by these guidelines:

    • KB05133 Features of the BlackBerry Internet Service email reconciliation

If reconciliation messages sent is supposed to operate between your BB and your mail server, then this is at Thunderbird in order to reflect this on your computer. You should check the server folder elements sent to the address or not real between your BB and your mail server if it works.

If it's supposed to work your sent items still server is not being updated, so please try these steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

    (1) registry HRT

    • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network

    (2) remove and return Service directories

    • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
    • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service

    (3) restart to take batt

    • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you should try remove and re-add your BIS configuration for these accounts.

Also check your configuration of BIS (e-mail Setup Wizard) and make sure that reconciliation sent items is turned on (assuming that it is supposed to work at all, in other words).

Good luck and let us know!

I'm not a great tech, but I have some skills good enough for a girl, if I say so myself... but I'm so frustrated... I need help.

This is my first public post... So I hope that I give all the information but who will help, if I missed something, please let me know.

    Here is some background info:

    I have a BB "BOLD"

I use it NOT on a company (network)

I sync my bb with my dell

    Windows Vista (UGH!)

    Outlook - Version 6.0.6001 Service Pack 1 Build 6001

My calendar and my contacts are the most important reason, I have a bb

    My contacts are FINE

    My schedule is a MESS

I have 2 separate email addresses work well my bb... For the purposes of his post, I will refer to them as

    [email protected] and

    [email protected]

When I do appointments in my work calendar, I do one of 2 things to get all my appointments on the BB

Plan my gmail as a participant in the designation address or

Prior to the appointment to my gmail from my work email address

When I make an appointment directly from my BB I do it by selecting Menu > new = my default settings of the account gmail under the 'send '.

    BB News:

    When I'm in the calendar and select > Menu.Options > calendars > I have 3 options

[email protected] who has (518 entries)

Default device that has (157 results)

[email protected] who has (429 entries)

When I go to the Menu > Options > Advanced Options > Services > (CICAL) by default is [email protected] , it shows that I have options to select my Gmail or my .mac address

That is the problem - it did not used to happen, and I frankly did not know that my backup was messed up so I don't know how long this is happening.

    When I sync with Outlook

There are only 518 appointments that are synchronized

I can't get the other 157 (defect of the unit) + 429 (mac) to sync with my outlook

    • Yelling in Spanish at the BlackBerry
    • ignoring the two
    • I stopped myself to throw both of them against the wall.

    But seriously

I put the BB Desktop Manager to perform a one-way synchronization > bb to outlook = NOTHING only synchronize gmail

I changed the (CICAL) to my mac address and synchronized = NOTHING - only synchronization gmail

I am at a loss and would appreciate any help.

    Hello

We will remember and then on MAC records.

Outlook contains records of 158 of the associated Gmail Calendar.

The calendar by default folders must be cleared and restored to the associated Gmail Calendar.

The Blackberry associated gmail calendar resulting will be then synchronized with Outlook to add the former default records

resulting calendars synced to Outlook and Blackberry.

Reading this, I propose more than once. Method 3 is what we do.

Let me know, tomorrow, what questions you have the procedure so that we can ensure we succeed.

KB16063 Unexpected results occur when syncing with a BlackBerry smartphone that has several CICAL service records.

  • Problem syncing blackBerry Smartphones BB Wireless Headset HS-700.

    Hello

As soon as I got BB HS-700 I loaded and it works and he also got paired successfully with my new BB 9800 torch with the title "HS-700".

But for some reason, I have deleted this Section paired Bluetooth devices connection.

Don't ask me why I did... I just did.

Now, I want to establish the connection again. And whenever I press the search... after a while, it says 'Phone' is found and then ask the password to enter. That i use "0000".  At the end it says "unable to pair up with. Try again. '

It's been two days and I read and did every thing to establish this connection but the same result.

    All help will be appreciated.

If it's to find 'phone' then it is to find another phone, not the headphones.  Make sure you put the headset in "pairing mode".  You should have instructions with the helmet to do so.  Then look in your phone.

    Hello

I have all 85contacts added for the last 2 months (the last time I've updated my phone) on my 9810 who does not sync with gmail contacts since then.

I tested what is working/not working not:

-Add/Edit/Remove contact the 9810 sync with gmail.

-Add/Edit/Delete on the PB contact syncs to gmail. Changes on the gmail contacts will appear on 9810.

-Add/Edit/Delete on the Android phone contact syncs to gmail. Changes on the gmail contacts will appear on 9810.

So I tried to empty my contacts using the RSET trick in the contacts option. Disable/enable the option contact synchronization and BIS. I also tried to delete this account gmail from BIS and reinstall. When I re-installed, I received this email:

Of course, wireless synchronization was already on...

Any idea on a solution that can help? Unless anyone can help downgrade will be needed! :/

    Here is my solution:

So I put day to V7.1.0.746 and back! The only problem is that if you enter only the name of a company, it won't sync until you write something in the name (necessary to repeat the name of the company).

    Enjoy!

  • Problems syncing blackBerry Smartphones

Let me start with an apology because I know this has been discussed ad nauseum on this forum, but I'm new to BB and receives very little help from my half IT guy.  Review the material here just confused me more so I thought I'd just present them upward.

Its environmental impact study my situation.  My office gets EM by MS Exchange Server, my contacts and calendar are there also.  We do not have a BB Exchange Server, even though I have this option on my phone service (Sprint).  During the activation of my phone, I set up gmail and also put in my office em address and the password.  I have access to two accounts EM, but my calendar and contacts were not connected.  Is it possible to set up the phone so I can synchronize these features (wireless) without sync to my laptop?  I do not think that the it guy wants to add BB changes to our current server.  Small office and I'm the only one with a BB, everyone has iPhones / Palm that syncs.

Once again, I'm sorry, I'm sure this has been discussed several times.

Hi and welcome to the Forums!

No worries about the nauseum! We love the things we can help with!

To help you with what you have - what you have is service BIS ... BlackBerry Internet Service, a service hosted by your operator, providing a driving between the e-mail against internet systems and your BB. These systems in the face of internet can be GMail, Yahoo, POP, IMAP-, as well as the company OWA (Outlook Web Access). It seems to me that this is your config - you have GMail emails more OWA companies coming to your BB via BIS.

BES is Blackberry Enterprise Solution (or server, service, etc.). Basically a server, hosted inside your company, which acts as a bridge between the company e-mail system (for example, Exchange, Notes, etc.) and the company BBs. What you describe, you don't have Bes.

BIS provides only delivery email... nothing other OTA (over-the-air). BES provides OTA calendar, contacts, and other things. But, since you don't have Bes, you are limited to e-mail only and that he must use attached USB sync to synchronize your calendar and contacts:

  • Calendar sync blackBerry Smartphones Troulble after update 9650 6.0 Bundle Verizon 3084

Hello. I sought a solution on the forums without success. This problem is in progress for about a month... I tried many things (specify below) and I'm back to the original problem. I'm not particularly talented computer, just an educated consumer.

About a month ago, I was invited to upgrade the software and I said yes. I backup and synchronize at least once a week. When I tried to sync after the upgrade (I do the calendar entries on my BB and the laptop), there was this an appointment, which previously had been an element of a recurring appointment and this occurrence (5/22) has been removed from the BB and laptop. Initializes the synchronization, goes through the process, and then it stops and says that there is a conflict with this nomination (5/22) and it should be deleted, and then Resync. The appointment went from two devices. I even deleted the series the same theing arrives, and this prevents the synchronization.

After this first happened, I got the forums looking for a solution. I spent almost a whole weekend in doing so. I found myself almost my entire calendar of wiping. These are the things I've done: print the last 2 years on paper, battery pull, uninstall and reinstall the desktop software, cleaning restart (IE clean the phone), upgrade to the previous version of the software (after that you can't do anything, so I had to update again), deleted the CICAL service book.

Along the process, that appeared a new calendar, one I call the Green calendar (the default is blue). Green was the name of my yahoo email address, although I've never used the calendar yahoo.com and none of my entries appear. So, I had a calendar of green and blue. With my old BB it happened once and I went to the Verizon store and the guy has just selected the calendar and deleted. This time I tried and it was not an option. I went to the Verizon store and they tried, too and says that with the new upgrade, it is impossible to separate the Green calendar.

Then, I deleted for the Green calendar CICAL service book. When I tried to synchronize this appointment ghost today (5/22) is back and preventing me from synchronization.

I have the impression that the new update is the problem. I'm stuck and paranoid about missing appointments due to the problem of synchronization. I am a surgeon and work in different practices in different days, and I hate having to keep the call ("' it's Mr. Smith, my Blackberry is messed up again... could you please tell me what time I start tomorrow? '"). In addition, I rely on my calendar to follow where I work for purposes of tax/mileage. In addition, almost all before 2010 was erased. I'm not too worried about that now because I think I can recover an older backup and then synchronize when I can sync again.

Help, please. It is very difficult to be faithful to the RIM when they are so frickin stupid. This question has plagued my whole summer. Thanks in advance for your help.

My guess is that there is a corruption of the data on the BlackBerry, I hope that in this instance.

What you will synchronize with Outlook? If so, I copy the PST file to another folder for backup before troubleshooting. But whatever you do, save the calendar if you can.

    Also back up the BlackBerry.

Now, to solve the problems. I would like to use the Desktop Manager to remove the database calendar on the BlackBerry and then re-sync Outlook (or other) for the BlackBerry. See if it works.

Also, FYI, you will have a calendar on the BlackBerry for email address. The default value is determined by the default services settings in the device options.

  • Fault of sync blackBerry Smartphones

Sync my Torch 9800 has always worked for me, until today. It goes through all the motions, but stops with a message 'Conversion data BlackBerry calendar' (new line) 'read 3450 records. '

I rebooted the PC and the phone.

Office software is version 7.1.0.41 Pack 42

terminal software is bundle version 6.0 2475

Does anyone know why it suddenly stopped working?

    Thank you

Do not know how long will be my luck but I have found a workaround.

I wiped the own calendar and started on. Synchronization worked OK.

Sounds to easy be true, as far as RIM have worked on the problem for nearly two years and have not found a solution.
