  If your card has been used fraudulently to subscribe, you should be able to get the charges reversed with your credit card company. Not to defend the whole Adobe Customer Service, but in this case Adobe has no way to tell if it is a fraudulent use.

  In your case you will very likely get extended licenses for images from Fotolia.com otherwise you would have to buy a new license for each Member who has access to use the weather picture they actually use it or not...

  I was in the chat with Adobe 5 times now for hours in a row and had to re download my times apps and use my data allowance and I'm sick of it!   What computer Satellite phone do you have?

  Have you tested without USB mouse? Maybe this is causing the problem.

  Come on first, site of the manufacturer of your computer, check to see if your model computer has XP drivers available for it...

  If the XP drivers are not available for your model, forget the idea.

  If Yes, download and save to a CD or Flash drive.

  Save all your data because it will be lost during the installation of XP.

  Then follow the steps below to do a clean install.

  Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

  At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu

• iPhone off to 30% of battery and would not turn on until I plugged it?

  I have an iPhone with 16 GB of storage 6.  I never had this problem or a question similar to this one before.  I'm currently updating on iOS 9.2.1.

  I was walking home from school today and everything trying to remember my mother-in-law, my phone (which is around 35% at this point) cut himself off from any incentive and displays the image bit appears when the phone is too low and he wants that you plug in.  I went back home and as soon as the charger is plugged into the phone (like, literally, the split second he was completely) the phone showed the startup screen white and then fully charged, he had about 30% battery remaining.  This caused a huge problem because my family thought something had happened, and I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on how to avoid this problem and solving persistent problems that this could cause.

  Also, I didn't know where to post this, so I apologize if it was not in the right section.  Thank you!

  The first step to solve this problem is to calibrate your battery. Let your battery drain until your phone stops at 1%. If he dies before, then plug back in it for no more than a minute, unplug it, and then continue to use until you reach 1%. You may need to plug several times.
