Since the minute I brought this laptop home a few days ago his had driver problems and toshiba service station was nothing more than a PITA, it has functioned and more than any other bloated software that comes with it... later, when 8.1 hoping that would fix a few probs, he made my situation worse driver...

in any case, I removed everything via a clean install (but the recovery partitions etc. to keep without danger left and made a recovery disc) anyway even after installation clean I I still miss the high definition Audio device driver in Device Manager, I get an exclamation next to him...

other pilots who were missing I had downloaded their drivers from the manufacture and they are all corrected accept this driver... I bekieve this is a realtek driver, that I went to the site and their latest driver did not help...

can someone please help find a working driver please, im trying my best to not send it back, but if I can't get its drivers working, then the hell with him, im send Monday morning and ask for a refund...

    Hello

The laptop seems to be released for the Australian market.
I found the drivers Win 8.1 on the Australian Toshiba driver page, but only pilots of Windows 8.

However, it seems that the sound card was made by Realtek and Realtek HD audio Manager must be installed.

    Try this driver which was published on the page of the Toshiba UE driver for similar laptops models: [Realtek Semiconductor Corporation v 6.0.1.7023 8.1 - 64 Bit Windows | http://www.toshiba.eu/innovation/download_driver_details.jsp?service=EU&selCategory = 2 & selFamily = 2 & selSeries = 178 & selProduct = 7948 & selSh ortMod = null & language = 13 & selOS = 46 & selType = all & yearu pload = & monthupload = & dayupload = & useDate = null & mode = a llMachines & search = & action = search & macId = & country = al l & selectedLanguage = 13 & type = all & page = 2 & ID = 88586 & OSI D = 46 &] driverLanguage = 42]

In general I recommend you to download and install drivers 64-bit Windows 8.1 to address common since the driver Toshiba UE page because these drivers are missing on the Australian rider Web site.

Recommends that you install the Intel and nVidia driver chipset driver because the HD audio can be linked to the chip nVidia graphics too.

  • No sound from the computer with connected generic speakers VISTA SP2. Symbol pregnant shows active with the Digital Audio device.

I have vista SP2, I connected to generic stereo speakers using the green light at the back of the computer. Vista does not recognize the speakers. The speaker symbol at the bottom right shows "digital (HDMI) 2 high definition output audio device." It shows active. I had this problem before, and VISTA should pick up 'speakers' something to that effect. I have no sound until it captures "speakers". I can't get VISTA to recognize this. It keeps starting with the digital audio device. Don't know what to do, checked all the forums. It should just pick up these simple generic markets good speakers. Before SP2, I lose sound when VISTA is in standby mode. He would then turn off the stereo speaker and replace the digital output device driver... However since SP2 I can't get VISTA to recognize that I have just connected speakers and not a digital output device.

Yes, when I uninstalled the driver, THEN shut down the computer and then restarted, he picked up the device high definition audio "speakers" good pilot is NOT the

"digital (HDMI) 2 high definition audio output device that he used to pick up."

    I now have sound!

I hope that it stores the right driver now as in the past, when VISTA went into sleep mode, it will disable the speakers, and you have to restart every time.

    Thanks for your help.

You can add instructions to boumediene, the fact that you must RESTART your computer to search for new drivers, once you uninstall.

  • I have a problem with Realtek HD Audio devices. Windows XP Professional SP2 operating system.

My speakers worked fine for two years, since I bought a laptop. I was connected to the Internet recently and my brother was cleaning my computer against malware with Avast. Since then, my occasionally speakers have not worked. I used the cd that I got with a high tower, reinstal drivers for the audio device and it worked, my speakers worked again. But sometimes, not all the time, when I turn on the computer for my speakers do not work. Again, I insert the cd with the drivers and speakers will highlight function, until next time, when this problem is repeated. I don't know if my brother may had deleted files while scaning my computer with Avast, because he found a few malwars - win 32 I have a Trojan horse.

Search for files in which pilots must be, but I think that I have not found some of them. Is that possible, I ask that the speakers are working somentimes?

If please answer me if you know what is causing this problem and how can we challenge. Thank you!

I had reinstalled the OS and everything is ok now :) computer was full of malware.

  • Problem with the driver for Audio device high definition

I have a Windows 7, 64-bit, Studio 1558. When I started the computer about a week ago, I was a message that the Service Notification of system events cannot connect. I checked the event log and found error 7022, where it says that the audio device was suspended. After some research and experimentation, I made the error go away by turning off the (Microsoft) High Definition Audio Device Driver, Version 6.1.7601.17514. However, now I have no sound. I tried updating the audio driver for my computer (IDT 92HD73C1 Audio, v.6.10.0.6267, A18), but this doesn't seem to work, and now I returned to a previous restore point to go back to square one. I'm not sure what caused the problem. Some said similar positions that he was leaving headphones plugged to power off the computer. others said that the use of cmd-> "netsh winsock reset" would solve the problem (of least temporarily). Any of these seemed to help me. Basically all I want to do is to install a sound device driver that works. I hope someone can point me in the right direction to do so. Thanks for any help provided.

I can't say that if you were not able to install the driver IDT or if you installed but got the same error message.

If the first case, try to download one of the files directly from the ftp server of DellIDT.

If the latter, if you get the same symptoms with the IDT pilot and the native Windows (high definition Audio Device) driver so it is difficult to see the drivers as the cause of the problem, because it is rare that two drivers have the same failure at the same time. Here's how to switch between the 2 pilots:

    1. open Device Manager (type devmgmt.msc in the start search box and press ENTER) and right click on IDT High Definition Audio Codec.
2 Select this option to "Update driver software".
    3. click on "Browse my computer for driver software".
    4. click on "Let Me pick from a list of drivers on my computer".
    5. put the "Show compatible hardware" check box if not already checked.
    6. in the list of devices, click on 'High Definition Audio'.
    7. click on "next".
    8. in the update driver warning box, click 'Yes' (the driver).
9 restart the portable computer if you are prompted. If not invited, so no need to restart.

To reverse the process, change the names in steps 1 and 6.

    Hi @JS2045

The audio device problem HD, what you see is the Intel HDMI audio device that needs a driver.

I looked around for a driver W10 to the hardware ID you have published and fails.

This device is necessary unless you want or need audio via the port display.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the graphics driver Intel W7 laptop support and driver page, but install it... so that you target just the audio device problem...

Download, but do not work with this graphics driver...

    http://h20564.www2.HP.com/hpsc/SWD/public/detail?sp4ts.Oid=4095873 & swItemId = ob_127914_1 & swEnvOid = 4059

Download and install this free utility for files.  64-bit is the second listed file.

    http://www.7-zip.org/

After installing 7-zip, do a right-click on the graphic driver file you downloaded, and select 7 - zip in the list of items.

Have 7-Zip extract of: and let it extract the driver for the name of the folder (sp64360).

Go to Device Manager and click on the audio device problem Intel HD requiring the driver.

Click the driver tab.  Click on set to update driver.

Select her browse my computer for driver software option and navigate to the driver 7-Zip created folder.

Make sure that the include subfolders is selected and see if the pilot goes like this.

    Then restart.

If you explore the driver folder 7-zip created, and then open the DisplayAudio folder, you will find the setup information file that has the hardware ID you reported that supported by the driver.

If this driver audio works on W10, I don't know.

But if you want to give that a try, it would be a way to do it without messing with the real graphics driver.

  • How can I find my audio device in my computer to reinstall

    Remove audio or audio device

-Right click on my computer, choose Manage

-on the tree in the left pane, click Device Manager

-on the tree in the right pane, you can find the features found by windows

Check what is in the audio and game controllers, if you can see your sound card listed. Otherwise, there should be a yellow question mark on the tree of devices with a title "audio device unknown" or similar. Right-click on it and choose Update driver. Try to install it automatically first. If you are lucky windows will find the previous drivers for it and automatically reinstalls the device. Or if you have the driver for the audio device simply package reinstall from a file manager.

  • Why can not install WAA hearing in windows 7, it says found audio device check is not compatible audio settings?

can I do, before it was working fine and then I restore all my files and I couldn't reinstall the program

    Juanrodriguez dear reflects

As you mentioned that you restore the files, what exactly did restore? You have restored the calm system restore point earlier where your system had no installed audio device driver? Restore you the windows on your system to a point where you have installed everything first?

If Yes, then the solution is that search Windows Update for device drivers appropriate for your system or search the website of the manufacturer of the system drivers section to download updated sound/audio drivers. You are facing this problem because you restored to a point where no audio device has been installed on your system, up to lets say this day here.

You can install the Audio drivers from a CD of support you received when you purchased the computer. Or view all of system restore CD/DVD that came with your system in order to restore the parameters to the constructor.

  • Generic USB Audio device drivers won't load

    I use a lenovo x 301.

I am trying to connect to a series of musical instruments (keyboards and microsphones) to my laptop, nothing helps. Here are the relevant facts:

-Devices all work on 6 other machines Windows 7 from a variety of types
-The devices all use drivers generic "USB Audio Device". There is no specific drivers for these devices.
-My USB seems to work - so the USB ports are mainly functional.
-The friendly names of the devices are all identified
-The .sys and .dll files that are used on the other 6 machines are present on the X 301
-When I go into the Device Manager and try to manually choose the "USB Audio Device" driver - it is not available. I spent hours looking for it:-)

    I'm puzzled.

    Help :-(

For any problem of security on NTFS drives:
It is perhaps part of the problem.
    1. are you an administrator user
    2. set the permissions on your OS partition (such as drive C :) for all THAT YOU ARE Full
ADMINISTRATORS/USERS/ComputerName/SYSTEM/all the WORLD (Finally, what you think you are)
There is also maybe something like OWNER who you give special permissions and not full
You must close the properties after each major change and then reopen to contunue
Since you've done ADMINISTRATORS be the OWNER, this means you have FULL and SPECIAL permissions
for all ADMINISTRATORS, who is the most possible freedom that I know.
    3. MAKING the OWNER of Admininstrators everything to implement (some things are still banned it seems)
    4. optionally run chech disc after that
    5. If everything starts after closing you can continue, but until you
are able to stop cold iron and restart in normal mode from MSCONFIG
you are experiencing serious problems that should be fixed first.

    TO THE PROBLEM OF USB:
    IT WAS DEFINITELY MY PROBLEM.
NOTE: REMOVE ANY HARDWARE PLUGGED YOUR USB PORTS-CURRENT TEMP STUFF
    6. If you can't get the appropriate to load drivers or no response when you try to plud in USB cameras or MP3 players do the following
    A. GO TO THE VARIOUS WINDOWS FOLDERS;  INF (can be hidden); System32 AND SYSWOW64 (GOT A 64-bit system)
    B. RENAME all FILES THAT START WITH wpdxxxxx.inf/.pnf/.exe/.dll/.* in [CREDITS]. [GENERIC]. OLD
in this way, you save the old files without destroying them (keep it forever or until of course you can remove/kill them)
    7. turn OFF your SYSTEM, wait 15 to 30 seconds
    8. RESTART your system (power on)
    9. WAIT UNTIL COMPLETELY AT THE START OF THE SYSTEM (DISK ACTIVITY LIGHT EXTIGUISHES)
THIS may take several minutes like 10 or 15 minutes, and then you just see some small flashes of your player
    10. CONNECT any free USB port of your removiable disk devices
    11. you should now get a response from windows as if it were the first time you ever plugged

NOTE: This was the only way I could solve this problem after days of playing with this problem
There is no solution given by microsoft itself that will fix this error
If this does not work for you the only solution I can think of will be to
restore your system before the problem or reinstall the whole OS in the
same Partition without disturbing one of your other partititions.

IT seems to me that windows has installed a separate for each device WPD driver that connect
USB and explains why all the various WPD files. So much happens there are programmers of knowledge
to set correctly this question and thay simply not create decent error messages that will help
You can set these things as a layman.

  • Device driver USB Apple Mobile and iPhone download updates does not work

I just got a new phone and I am trying to restore from a backup of my old. The problem is that my iPhone is not showing in iTunes. It appears in the 'My Computer' section as a device. There is a problem with the 'Mobile USB Device Driver' that I couldn't solve. Whenever I plug my iPhone, the said driver installed in vain. I tried to restart my computer, download iTunes more and try the solution where I change the driver to a section of the common media-files-Apple-Mobile device drivers, and when I do that, it says "Windows has determined the software driver for your device is up to date", although the small box yellow exclamation beside it. The choice of 'Roll Back' for the driver already installed is there, so I chose to see what happened. This allows the driver to "Mobile Device" appears, where my iPhone now charge when I plug it into the computer. I go to this device and try to install, and it refers me to a screen that says "Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error when you try to install it" and then lists the mobile device as the problem driver. I think I can be "go back" to a bad driver, but I can't find out how to download a driver that is correct and working.

I updated my phone to the new operating system, as well as some downloaded the latest version of iTunes available.
