• blackberry.io.file.getFileProperties () does not to torch OS6 bundle 1165 on some files

  I just noticed that blackberry.io.file.getFileProperties () returns an empty array of properties on some files on my package of torch OS6 1165 (have not yet been tested all other devices).

  I can reproduce it every time by taking an image of high quality of my camera and then by calling getFileProeprties() on this file.

  Strange thing is that if you take the size of the image (on the lowest resolution, it returns the properties of this file.

  Any ideas?

• WMP 11 does not add info media songs torn. I checked all the settings.

  I will try to be comprehensive and succinct.  I'm using WMP 11.  My OS: Windows XP Home Edition, Version 2002, SP2.

  When I rip a CD WMP displays album art, the title of the song, the length, contributing, artist, composer, etc. etc.  But none of this media information is added to the song (MP3) files.

  The relevant parameters are:

  Options--> the Library tab

  UNchecked: rearrange music in rip music folder, using rip music settings
  UNchecked: maintain my rating in stars as global ratings in files.

  Here's the weird part.  When I look in the My Music folder, while the CD is being ripped up I see a new folder with the name of the album and in this folder, I can see the MP3 files with the names of the songs, but then something causes all files to be moved automatically in the unknown artist folder in a folder with this name format : "Unknown album (23/05/2013 AM 3-35-59).  In addition, the new folder with the name of the album automatically gets deleted.

  I have downloaded and run this: MicrosoftFixit.WinMediaPlayer.Run.exe and chose the option to detect the problem and let me choose which ones to fix.  He finds these problems and I chose to fix them all.

  I am running Windows 7-64 bit. I have set up my Media Center and the folder where are all my songs. Then, I used the Media Center Extender to connect to my xbox. I went on the xbox and liked my music through my sound system.

  Now, when I try to listen to my music on my computer Media Center or WMP 12, I get the following errors:

  Media Center: the file you are trying to play (insert file path) is either corrupted missing or in a place that is currently not available

  WMP12: Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The player might not support the file type or does not support the codec used to compress the file.

  I can play my music on my PC with the help of another player as my Rhapsody Player. It seems to me that Media Center and WMP 12 does not like to play my .mp3

  I'm leaning towards a problem with a codec, but how you updated codecs on WMP 12 and Media Center?

  Clicking on WMP 12 - does not open. WMC opens but comes with audio error when trying to access the music library. Impossible to sync/play any music or dvd. Tried to turn the features off & restart between - no improvement. audio works with everything else on the machine & drivers are up-to-date.   I agree with Akuma. At the end you must install new OS. As already wrote Akuma, back up all your important data and use recovery for any new OS install media.

  It is a radical method, but most effective. ;)

  I suggest you to follow these steps and check if that helps:

  a. press the Windows key + E to open Windows Explorer.

  c. click restore default libraries.
