  Ah-ha! I'm assuming you had the latest version of Photoshop (CC 2015) (which goes back to the original post, I see that you said you were using CS6, so my mistake). When I try CS6 I see the behavior of my side, very annoying. I also tried CC and CC 2014. The behavior continues in these two versions. However, it is fixed in the latest version of Photoshop.

  In the Customize Toolbars window (view > toolbars > customize) press the reset default"" button.

  I have problems with the functionality of Table of contents for the word.

  I have Microsoft Office 2007 (Home and Student) and it's a genuine copy that I bought brand new an office supply store.

  The product works perfectly apart from the problem with the Table of contents.

  Whenever I try to insert a table of contents in a document, insert the table of contents, but then my CPU will jump up to 99 and Office will freeze (I need to CTRL + ALT + DELETE to quit the program, because I can't even click on the red box X on the corner). I tried to restart the computer, running virus scans, etc. I've been having this problem since I bought Office about 6 months ago and he won't let me create some very important documents.

  I find that the exact time of the accident the most often happens when I click somewhere on the table of contents after inserting the it. In particular, it freezes at the present time any popup 'police' boring and useless box (small police box that arrives just above top of everywhere where the cursor was clicked).   What file extension, these files get when save you them?

  If they do not have a file extension valid for a picture as a .jpg or .png then try to rename the files and give them an extension of .jpg file to see if that helps.
  
  If Windows hides the file extension and then use quotes ("image.jpg") around the name.
  
  You can check the type of file using the context menu > properties.

  I have a couple of toolbars (right-click Taskbar, toolbars, new toolbar), I created the network folders. More often than otherwise (used to not be that way a few years back) do not show the icons on the toolbar after the release of the standby mode. I can right click and choose "open folder" and reach the places I need as a work-around, but that beats the purpose of having the toolbar.

  I would like to have a way to refresh/reset the toolbar and have the icons without rebooting (or deletion / recreation). An hour or two, they made their reappearance - of course like to know what sequence of events caused that. Select / deselect the options to the right click (show the title, text, etc.) on the toolbar does not make the icons reappear.

  Since the download and installation of Firefox 30, website toolbar in the drop down menus are coming with a screen white, white - no content. It does not on other browsers such as Chrome.

  Examples: On weather.com, the drop-down menu appears, and then comes back to the white screen.

  You can try the following steps in case of problems with web pages:

  You can reload webpages and ignore the cache to refresh potentially stale or corrupt.

  • Hold down the SHIFT key and click the Reload button

  After playing a bit on "Regional and Language Options" without result.
  I found that I can not "check mark" 'Apply all settings to the current user account and to the default user profile' permanently.
  After-> Apply-> OK-> restart, it unchecked at this point.

  IIRC it is possible. I did it about 9 years ago, when Windows XP came out.

• Windows 7 taskbar and start menu large icons are either missing (empty by default) or do not show the right program.

I deleted the icon cache file (renamed to db.old), restarted, problem still exist. I made a recovery of a checkpoint system before the problem was still not fixed. When I go to small icons, the problem disappears. The problem only seems to appear when you use large icons in the bar of tasks and the start menu.

  Based on what I've tried so far is there any other suggestions on how to fix this?

• Why my bookmarks bar does NOT show icons only even if I put up in this way in customize it drop down?

  For me it works on items added to the toolbars, but not on the bookmarks themselves, that display the bookmarks toolbar. Bookmarks always appear as an icon at least a portion of any text.

  Having said that there is a work around. If you right-click on a bookmark, then you are able to change the name of the bookmark. If you remove all the name then you have only an icon on the left to view.

  Does as a solution.
