  I have two problems with the format of Word document automatically created in LabVIEW using the palette of report generation (specific Word).

  There are added additional lines between each section made by Easy Text.vi Word.

  2.
  I want to insert a table without border lines. However when I set borders and shading in a way this table without any boundaries should generated vertical border remain lines between the columns of the table.

  Set the entry AutoFormat in Word Input.vi easy to 0 will create a table without the internal lines, but that doesn't solve your problem #1.

  These additional lines are added by the easy text and the easy Table.vi Word. If you don't want them using these screws. use the report text Append and Append table of the report live as in the following photo. (you then need to set the style using Word Format Text.vi as I did for the title).

  There is an option in Word 2007 that controls that:

  Click on the Office button > Word options > Advanced > editing options > use the Insert to overtype mode control key.

• File zip - Documents created in MS word printing problems

  Problems printing documents to MS word 7 created placed in a zip folder. The printer does not respond and the icon of the printer at the bottom right of the screen simply reveals that there are 0 documents pending. The same files in the folder have been reproduced separately outside the folder. They may not be printed too. Other documents unrelated to the zip folder print very well. I ran had interview checker tests printer and PC are working properly. All connections have been checked and there is no problem here. Can anyone help?

  2 did you change on your computer?

  3. did you receive an error message?

  4. What is the serial number and model of the printer?

  5. do you have the entire Word document in zip folder?

  6. What does the document contains example: text, images?

  It could be a problem with the zip file; I suggest to create a new zip file and check.

• To print several documents duplex in Word 2007 problem

  Hello.  I have a laptop Dell Inspiron 9400, running Vista business, SP1.  I can't print multiple copies of a two-sided document in Word 2007 on a HP LaserJet 2200DN, connected via a JetDirect card.  What I do is select the duplex function, select multiple copies (for example, 3 copies) and send to the printer.  The printer prints a copy correctly, then stops - no other flashing lights or whatever it is, it is done with the print job.  To work around this problem, select print, print a single copy, click ok, and then print this copy and repeat until I have the number of copies, I need.

  I installed the latest driver for the LaserJet printers without success.  In Firefox, I'm able to print double-sided copies, so my thought is that the problem may reside with Word.  I have searched this forum and Google a potential answer, but have not found anything yet.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you!

  I found another workaround.  I think I can be happy with this one and we have no need for this further.  In Word, when I want to print, I can select Properties.  Within this selection is a tab for the printing of the shortcuts.  If I select ' Eco-print (printing two) "in the list, it will be front back and print multiple copies.  The problem is the default setting in the list, "Factory Default".  Something in this selection stops the printer from allowing multiple copies when double-sided printing.

  I think that this will work for me and I don't need extra help.  Thanks for your help!

  I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems, file conversion. You receive a conversion error, regardless of the file you are trying to convert? The error occurs if you use the web interface, or convert by the reader? And a strange question: how many files you have stored in your Acrobat.com account? We have seen reports of this error when there are a large number of files stored in the folder root your Acrobat.com account.

  Hi all

  I need to import a word document into indesign cs3 it's 150 pages of time so I need to see if I can fix this problem automatically.

  the document is a series of interviews, so he's followed by issue of response etc.

  questions are in bold in word but not characters in shape somehow. they just used the bold button. [screegrab of the word below]

  I created a paragraph style in indesign, called 'question' that applies color, bold and one space after the adjustment.

  I want to apply the style to each question, but by clicking on each issue in indesign and using my short comand key to apply it would be torture.

  I must thank Bob Levine to help me take a look to find/replace a little closer.

  in InDesign, you need to click your text box, and then choose file > place and place your Word copy.

  then choose Edition > find/replace in the first text tab down is to find and Format change.

  Find the Format you choose, in my case, at the time and "BOLD".

  Change of Format, where you choose your style of paragraph or character, in my case, 'issues '.

  then just hit everything change.

  I had a bit of a kick to look on the net but I see not expensive plug-ins for this problem.

  I need to import a word document into indesign cs3 which is 150 pages, so I need to see if indesign can automatically create as many pages as necessary during import.

  the only way I know right now is to click on the small box at the bottom right of a text box [which is more red for some reason any] where I stuck all copy, which loads the overflow to the cursor and then navigate to a new page and click in the empty text box [with an Apple + shift key to unlock it from the masterpage] so that the overflow text enters that area and then repeat, repeat, repeat, etc.

  given this is the first time in 9 years or so to use indesign it's a problem for me I don't want to spend $79 and reduce a gain already small.

• Word key problem with the word "thinking."

  I have a set of keywords with a keyword nested inside called "thinking." I have about 200 files jpg labelled with this keyword (it looks like the object > Still_Life > reflecting) it is configured to add the keywords parents on export.

  When I import new photos (usually jpg without any words or other information), virtually every time a new keyword "reflecting" shows, not in the hierarchy of nested, where it is supposed to be, but as a keyword unique to the top of the hierarchy. There are usually 2-6 photo here. When I look at these pictures of 2-6, they are always pictures that I already imported and keyworded in 'reflection' nested hierarchy. Now they are not in the nest, they are on their own with this keyword of thugs who will not remain in its place. It happens only with that Word. I need to check the "reflection" in the nested hierarchy and uncheck the "reflective" rogue and delete to address this problem. It doesn't look like a big deal, but it becomes extremely irritating to have to do each time. Why do this keyword remain in place?

  I don't know why this is happening, if it's a bug or something I am doing wrong. I have several nested keywords and none of the other ones popping up in their hierarchy.

  Anyway, if your workflow is to import the exported files, here's what could happen: when you export a file and the 'Export as Lightroom hierarchy' is not checked during export, Lightroom exports all flat hierarchies of keywords as keywords. Naturally, when you import a file with flat key words, your "reflective" keyword will be added as a top-level, rather than the child keyword.

• Editor/PDF Conversion - word spacing problems

  I use publisher 2003 and I encounter never - before the experienced problems when converting to PDF (recently upgraded to Acrobat 9 Pro). During the conversion, I noticed strange gaps in the middle of words. I converted the document to the editor using the two text - and align to the left, and still the problem... below is an example. Discover the words: "weeds", "are", "cause" and "public". Any advice on how to prevent this?

  I can't get Firefox to recognize the function of skin DW in multi-line text entries. The text wraps not, and thescroll bar appears at the bottom of the text box not on the side. What is even more unbearable, it's that I can't change the "style" (font, size, bold, etc.) in the multi-line text box...

  When I export a pdf file in Word, the formatting is all messed up. What should I do?

  As mentioned, it depends on the structure of the PDF file. Watching from the point of view that you got the WORD file and now you must take the time to set the format. There is an option in the export options to keep the flow or retain the format. You could try the other option. Don't expect perfection, you probably won't receive it. If you have equations, you can forget that part completely and expect to have to retype it.

  Export the files to another folder and the website locally and see if the error occurs. Also, try to use a different ftp Update Manager to download the files.

  When I try to create a PDF from word or excel docs using acrobat on the toolbar, the program ends with the warning "Word find problems with the acrobatpdfmaker office com add-in" - I turned off and check the updates and through troubleshooting but no joy. Not willing to continue to pay subscription fee for something that does not work.

• Impossible to make a PDF from Word - message says that there is a problem with the snap

  I use Acrobat Professional 12 and Microsoft Office 2016. Using the Acrobat plug-ins menu item, I click on "create a PDF file. the process starts, then I get a message that Word has stopped working and it closes Word. The following message appears saying: Word find problems using the ' acrobat pdfmaker office com component after software plug-in. If this continues to happen, disable this add-in and search for available updates. You now want to turn it off?

  Problem is due to a bug in the update for Office 2016 / Office 365.

  Microsoft fixes this bug and today (4 March 2016) allows to correct accidents.
