Workflow task open in a new window

Hi all

JDeveloper version: 11.1.1.6
ADF

My requirement: my taskflow contains three pages (page1, page 2 and page 3). In the page2 page have a button 'commandImageLink '. When I click on the button "page 2" must be open in the 'new window '.

Is it possible with workflow can I open fragments in a new window. Please suggest a better way to do this problem.

Thank you

-Moahnraj

Hello

only the workflow using JSPX documents (or JSF in 11g R2) can be opened in a separate window. To do this, you use a redirect link that refers to the URL of the workflow (as explained in the product documentation)

  • Human task open in a new window

    I have a requirement to open a human task of the business process work space in a new window with a single click.

    Currently, I double click on the human task for the "My jobs" tab of the workspace to open it in a new window.

    I have already followed the steps of http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E17904_01/relnotes.1111/e10133/bpm.htm#CHDFCFEA

    but it did not work.

    If you want the preview below the task list and want that all tasks to open in a new window with a single click you can proceed as follows:

    1. unzip the workspace EAR and WAR file content

    2 edit: OracleBPMWorkspace/OracleBPMWorkspace/WEB-INF/classes/jsf/worklist/worklistPageDef.xml

    3. set the parameter showTaskDetailsPanel to false: "showTaskDetailsPanel"value="false"/>

    4 reorganize and update the workspace.

    Details of the task will be is more shown below the task list and instead will open in a new window with a single click.

  • Can not stop links to open in a new window...

    I am using Windows 7/64 and IE 11. I tried repeatedly to change the settings for each time I click on a link, it does not open in a new window.  I tried that, with different ways to accomplish the task ahead, but have had no luck.

    I don't know why it started in the first place, but I don't have luck with correction. If anyone has a solution, I would appreciate knowing what it is very.

  • [SOLVED] ADF 11G: open PDF in new window

    Hello, I use JDev 11.1.1.2.
    I have a page in a workflow associated with a PivotTable and a 'print 'button'.
    I use Jasper report to create a PDF document.
    I would like this document to open in a new window when the user clicks the button.
    I have read several discussions/blogs to do this, but it does not work.

    Here's the code for my button:
    < af:commandButton text = 'print '.
    ID = "cb1" useWindow = "true".
    action = "#{viewScope.myBean.goReport} '"
    windowHeight = "400" windowWidth = "800."
    immediate = "true" / >

    where viewScope.myBean.goReport returns ' dialogue: goReport.

    Here is the code that I use to create my PDF file:
    Create a PDF exporter
    ByteArrayOutputStream byteArrayOutputStream = new ByteArrayOutputStream();
    JasperExportManager.exportReportToPdfStream (printing, byteArrayOutputStream);
    FacesContext context = FacesContext.getCurrentInstance ();
    ExternalContext ectx = context.getExternalContext ();
    HttpServletResponse response = (HttpServletResponse) ectx.getResponse ();
    ServletOutputStream out = response.getOutputStream ();
    response.setHeader ("Cache-Control" "max - age = 0");
    response.setHeader ("Content-Disposition", "inline; filename = Report.pdf");
    response.setContentType("application/pdf");
    response.setContentLength ((New Long (userInfoBean.getReportStream () .length)) .intValue ());
    out. Write (byteArrayOutputStream.toByteArray ());
    out. Flush();
    out. Close();
    context.responseComplete ();

    In my workflow encompassing that contains the page I have:
    < id = 'report' view >
    /report/report.jspx < page > < / print this page >
    < / view >

    < of-activity-id > * < /-activity-id >
    < control-flow-case id = "__1" >
    < result id = "__2" > dialogue: goReport < / de-results >
    <-activity-id id = "__3" > report < / to-activity-id >
    < / control-flow-case >

    My report.jspx file I have just a white page attached to a bean to support:
    <? XML version = "1.0" encoding = "windows-1252'?" " >
    < jsp:root xmlns:jsp = "http://java.sun.com/JSP/Page" version = "2.1".
    xmlns:f = "http://java.sun.com/jsf/core".
    xmlns:h = "http://java.sun.com/jsf/html".
    xmlns:af = "http://xmlns.oracle.com/adf/faces/rich" >
    < jsp:directive.page contentType = text/html"; charset = windows-1252 "/ >
    < f: view >
    < af:document id = binding = "#{"d1"backingBeanScope.backing_report_bean.d1}" >
    < af:form id = binding = "#{backingBeanScope.backing_report_bean.f1"f1"}" > < / af:form >
    < / af:document >
    < / f: view >
    <!--oracle-jdev-comment:auto-binding-backing-bean-name:backing_report_bean-->
    < / jsp:root >

    I can't get the PDF document to open it in a new window

    If I put only "dialogue: goReport" in the action attribute of button, I managed to have a blank page open.
    I have I have a link 'viewScope.myBean.goReport' method which returns the "dialogue: goReport" and contains the code for PDF creation to action button that I have the PDF document that appear, but in the active window.
    I tried to put my PDF creation in an actionListener to launchListener code, returnListener, but I still have my PDF document in the window being opened.

    I don't know that I do something wrong because it appears that others have found a way to do it, but I'm lost right now.
    Can someone help me on this pls.

  • Sometimes by selecting an existing tab will lead to open in a new window. Why?

    Firefox browser runs and have a Yahoo homepage and another tab in this window with Yahoo mail. Sometimes have other tabs open in the same window as well. Sometimes, when you move (switching) from one tab to the other tab that I pass will open in a new window itself, rather than stay in the original window. Why does this happen? Please look at the problem.

    Make sure that you do not drag a tab slightly downwards in the browser window by clicking.
    The current versions of Firefox have a feature called tabs.
    You can detach a tab in the current window and open in a new window by dragging a tab in the browser window.
    You can also do this via the context menu of a tab: switch to the new window
    You can drag the tab to the tab bar in the original window to cancel this detachment.

    bug489729 (Disable detach and tear off tab):

  • Some Images open in a new window or tab are backwards or rotated 90 degrees,

    Some Images open in a new window or tab are backwards or rotates 90 degrees, but they appear in the correct position when you use Internet EXPLORER.

    I don't even know if it's a browser or a browser-server interaction problem. The problem manifests a certain user forums where members post jpg images that appear as thumbnails. "I can right-click and select"Open in new window"or open in a new tab. Either way some images open OK, some open pivot 90 degrees out of position sometimes upside down. If I use Internet EXPLORE the same images will open on the right side.

    Not in bold. Looks like this:
    Layout.CSS.image - orientation.enabled; true
    Status: default
    Boolean type

    Laughing out loud! But if I double-click on it replaces:
    Layout.CSS.image - orientation.enabled; false
    Set of users of status
    Boolean type

    Now when I right-click the image and select either "open in new tab" or "open in new window" the image is right-side up!

    Thanks to you all!

  • "Open link in new window" will not do anything.

    So, I had to reset Firefox to its default settings as a result of a search engine very persistent, and since I did, when I right click on a link and select 'Open in a new tab' or 'Open in a new window' nothing happens. Now I can just left click. And please, suggests not an app or a plug-in. He has done it before, I just want to do it now.

    If menus do not work then the most likely cause is an extension that is not working properly.

  • When I fly over a web page, it opens in a new window

    I don't want the current tab to open in a new window. I like each tab open in a window. However, if I hover for more than a fraction of a second, the current tab opens / turns into a new WINDOW. How to prevent this?
    Moreover, what seems to happen, also well and everything has happened now when you log in here, my mouse moves automatically to the left of the address bar!
    I don't want my page or do stuff that I didn't ASK it to do the mouse. Thanks for your help

    I use the keyboard shortcuts. I checked my settings of the mouse and it had been re-set for use smart move. Don't know how, but used pc long enough to know that sometimes things just re - adjust themselves. I unchecked it and it's fine now.

  • Disable tabs open in a new window

    I have the option "show my windows and tabs from last time ', but I would like to only the tabs of the last closed window, then when I start firefox, I get my last tabs of my"last sitting"and when I create a new window using ctrl + N, I have just a blank page waiting to be used, instead of a bunch of tabs , I opened the other session x.

    A new window opens with the Home page (s), so if several pages open in a new window, check the homepage.

    my email opens in a new window when I want my mail to open in a new tab in the toolbar when I press the button send. Please can you help?

    Oh, Yes, the email link button. Who is supposed to send your mail site instructions to compose a new message with a link to the current page.

    This button should call your bet here:

    "3-bar" menu button (or tools) > Options > tabs > "open new windows in a new tab instead.

    If this is checked , then you should get a new tab. If it unchecked , then you should get a new window. At least, that is how it is supposed to work.

  • When I have 4 or 5 tabs open, by selecting one of them often force this tab to open in a new window and close the original window

    FF 32.0.1. Move between the tabs that are already open, clicking on which I opened before forced to close and open in a new window, which is a real pain. It seems to happen when I have 4 or 5 tabs open, rather than 2 or 3.

    Only, this happened last week, once reinstalled a clean Windows.

    I searched and found a lot of people have problems with the new windows that open when they want just a new tab, but this seems to be on the opening of the fresh rather than return to already open tabs, so I can't find the same problem I describe.

    This can happen if you drag a tab slightly downwards in the browser window by clicking.

  • Everytime I open a new firefox window, a new tab opens with the new window. How do I stop this?

    Everytime I open a new Firefox window, the new window opens to the page of hope (as I want him), but then a tab opens with the new window. I want Firefox to stop doing this. When I open a new window I want just the window to open it. I don't know how to solve this problem I've known idea how I did that happen. First of all, it happened when I hit Ctrl + N to open a new window, but I did not hit the "N" itself. I pressed one of the other keys around the "N" and this issue has started.

    It's quite strange!

  • Web site opens in a new window but has no scroll bar

    Hello
    I am a new user, so I'm not yet fully aware of the use of Firefox.

    I use http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/ site several times a day. The site is in general more often perfectly OK, but one of the links I use all the time doesn't behave in a usable way. The link on the home page is:

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business/market_data/ticker/markets/default.stm, which opens in a new window without scroll bars. Can I relative to the size of the window, but not enough to display the entire contents.

    If I use the address of the link in a new tab, everything works fine and the scroll bars are present.

    I'm migrating from the Opera browser and opera, when I use the embedded link, it opens a new window, but it has the current scroll bars.

    Is this a Firefox problem, or maybe the site is at the origin of this problem - I could not guess who.

    BTW, the website of the BBC is based, and for users not UK, it can be used completely different pages.

    I looked through a bunch of FF options, but so far have not found anything that could be applied to the problem.

    IMO, this website is too small size of popup windows setting, don't leave enough room for the content of the page when the viewer zoom in the page.

    You can disable this feature this preference by typing about: config.

    DOM.disable_window_move_resize

    Double-click this preference to activate to true.

    http://KB.mozillazine.org/about:config

    Change dom.disable_window_open_feature.scrollbars true will replace Web site to hide scroll bars.

  • When you click on "don't show this again option" in "Firefox prevented this page to open in a new window or tab," How do you get the window of options again?

    I clicked by mistake on the choice of "don't show this again option" in the "Firefox prevented this page open in a new window or tab", and now I can't understand how "uncheck" the box and back again once the window options.

    My bad - it was the pop up Adblock Plus 0.7 Addon.

    "I went just the Firefox button orange > Modules > Adblock Plus pop-up Addon 0.7 - > Options > my site rules > the site right click > edit > checked 'Block all pop-up windows' and unchecked" this rule applies to: 'New Windows' and 'new tab '.

    Presto! Firefox works as before.

    I didn't know I had controls within the addon that would affect the Firefox popup blocks the action.

    Please call the attention on the "details of the system more.»

  • Click on a new website and it will open in a new window?

    For some time when I click on a link to something from another web page, it opens in a new window.
    Or if I select the option "open new windows in a new tab instead", then all links to a different Web site open in a new tab.
    For example if I search something in Google, and then click one of the results of the research. The result opens in a new Web site.
    However if I click on something else on the site of Google for example 'Shopping' then it will open in the same page.

    The result is very irritating because I find myself with hundreds of windows (or tabs) open.

    I suspect that this is a framework rather than a bug because it is 100% of the time.

    Any ideas guys? I'd like to go back to normal navigation
