Workout app automatically turn on

Application of the workout on my watch will begin to spin automatically. It becomes boring because it causes the battery quickly elapse if it goes unnoticed. The only way I can turn it off is to start training and then turn the work of almost immediately. It can then randomly turns on again later in the day.

Does anyone else have this problem? I reset the phone and upgraded the OS to 2.1, but it still continues. Help!

HI - try the following steps:

  • On your iPhone: close open applications (press twice on the Home button, and then drag upward on each preview of the app).
  • Restart your iPhone and your watch. Close the two devices together, and then restart your iPhone first:
    • To turn off your watch: press and hold the button side until you see the cursor off the power; slide it to turn off;
    • To turn it on: press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
  • If restart is not enough, try to force restart your watch:
    • Hold down the side button and the digital Crown for about 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

If the problem persists, also try the following steps, checking the watch after each:

  • Use the look of heartbeat to check your heart rate: when you view the time on your watch, slide up on the screen, then swipe left / right until you find the look of heartbeat. Swipe down on the screen to exit.
  • Tell Siri to check your heart rate: ("" Hey Siri, check my heart rate ""). Press the digital Crown once to exit.
  • On your iPhone, in the application of the watch, go to: My Watch (tab) > Workout - turn on Power Saving Mode (this can be disabled again later).
  • On your iPhone, in the application of the watch, go to: My Watch (tab) > privacy > Motion & Fitness > disable the heart rate and also (at least in the beginning) followed by rehabilitation in shape. These can be reactivated after the final step.
  • After trying these steps, restart both devices also again (restart the iPhone first).

  • Workout App does not define 'fast market' equivalent?

When I use the app to drive on my Apple Watch when I went up on a normal bike, not all of my journey is considered to be a workout.  I can be riding for an hour, but the app decides that the only parts of this time count for a workout.  The explanatory note said I have to do the equivalent of a brisk walk.  What is c?  Is it using my pulse?  If so, it's too bad because I take the medication that slows down quite to the bottom of my heart rate and it is very difficult to be in green all the time.  My bike course map is painted in green, yellow and Red areas.  So if I stop briefly for traffic, it is red and does not count.  If it's yellow, it doesn't count... so it appears.  This means that a one hour bike ride can have only 15 minutes of training time.  That makes no sense to me.  Have I not that bad?

Progress towards your daily goal of exercise of credit, the application of the activity is to identify the activity equal or exceed the intensity of a brisk walk. This requirement applies as well to the general course daily wear and record training sessions through the training exercise credit app which is awarded for each minute during which this condition is met.

The definition of a brisk walk varies from one person to another and depends on your personal information.

To verify that this is correct - and update over time:

    • On your iPhone, in the application of the watch, go to: My Watch (tab) > health > edit - tap and adjust the settings, then press on in fact.

Apple Watch uses different sensors and data sources to track the results of training sessions, depending on the type of activity. For example, with Apple Watch (first generation) and the models of series 1, the watch can access data matched iPhone GPS if it is taken along during the walk outdoors, running and cycling training. (Series 2 has built-in GPS).

Calibrate your watch can improve the accuracy of the estimates made by the activity and workout app app. More information and instructions for calibration of your watch are available via the link below. The article also includes instructions for resetting the calibration data and leave.

If you prefer to receive credits of exercise during the duration of your training sessions, regardless of their estimated intensity levels, follow them through the application of the training session using 'Other' as the type of activity. This credit a minute of exercise for each minute of the workout. Active calories will be estimated at a rate equivalent to a brisk walk or based on the data recorded by the heart rate sensor, according to what is higher.

The second day I was wearing my watch, he said that I finished 433 minutes of the goal of exercise of 30 minutes!  Every day since then, I can do 10 minutes.  With similar activities on all these days.  Everyone knows this?

    Hello

Progress towards your daily goal of exercise of credit, the application of the activity is to identify the activity equal or exceed the intensity of a brisk walk. When you are not using the application of training, enforcement activity depends on your arm (measured by the built-in accelerometer) movement to follow the movement to this end, your arms swinging allow it naturally as you walk or run.

Result of your exercise, the second day may have been caused by various factors, as for example: misinterpretation of your arm movements, a workout (in the application of the workout) who was market for longer than expected and/or incorrect personal information have been reported.

To verify that your personal information is accurate (and update over time):

-On your iPhone, in the application of Eve, go to: My Watch tab > health > Edit - tap and adjust the settings, then press on in fact.

    Hello

You find another type of activity most suitable for recording of yoga within the app to training.

However, if you plan to port Apple Watch during the hot yoga, be aware of the Important address information in the Apple Watch user's Guide. This includes:

    • Apple Watch is designed to work best with an ambient temperature between 32 ° and 95 ° F (0 ° and 35 ° C).
    • Apple Watch can be damaged and if used outside the temperature range specified shortened battery life.
    • Do not expose the Apple Watch any major changes of temperature or moisture.
    • Usage examples that can affect Apple Watch water resistance and should be avoided include the door in the room of sauna or Hammam.

  • That is the app automatically downloads every three hours suck huge amounts of data?  How do I turn it off?

On the iPhone 6 sec, that either the app downloads every 3 hours, using huge amounts of data?

As nobody here knows what applications do you have on your phone, there is no way we could answer that.

To start to figure it out, go to settings > cellular and made scroll down to see which applications are using a large amount of data. Disable cellular data for those who use a lot without reason you can think and see if this will have an impact.

Also, many carriers use only newspaper given every so many hours. Maybe it's a running total for these three hours.

  • Helps the workout App Display

How to customize the app to drive to show me the heart rate, distance and calories status all on the same screen during an indoor workout?

    Hello

It is not currently possible to display the heart rate, distance and calories status on the same screen when using the app to drive to record an indoor workout.

Training app can currently view your goal and two metrics:

    • The metric of time (top-right):
      • This can be changed by tapping it, switching between the time of day and the elapsed time.
      • For inside and outside running and walking workouts, pace is also available.
      • For an outdoor cycling training, speed is also available.
    • The primary metric:
      • This can be changed by sliding on the side on this subject.
      • Depending on your type of activity, the choice may include: time, active calories, total calories, heart rate, rhythm, speed and distance.
    • The goal:
      • The objective can be considered as a ring of progress or for distance, calories or the time objectives, as a metric.
      • On your iPhone, in the application of the watch, go to: My Watch (tab) > training > turn on show metric goal.

However, note that watch OS 3 - coming this fall / fall - allows you to view up to 5 parameters of training at a time without having to swipe: distance, pace, calories, heart rate active and out of time.

  • Watch OS 2.2.1 workouts App display zoom

I guess it's just a bug that will have to wait for an update from Apple (watch OS 2.2.2), but everyone having display problems with the App of workouts after the 2.2.1 update. In my case, that the display is enlarged to about 125 to 150%, which means that the content on the edge of the screen is cut off. It is large enough so that I can't, for example, see the most significant digits of the information. (For example, instead of "3.15" miles, all I can see is ".") 15 '' because 3 is cut.) Is there maybe some accessibility setting that I can reset?

    Hello

Zoom (an accessibility function) has been activated on your watch.

    • To turn off the Zoom:

      • Or on your watch, go to: homescreen (via a simple press on the digital Crown) > (cog icon) settings > general > accessibility > Zoom - tap and enable / disable.
    • If the accessibility shortcut has been enabled and configured for the Zoom, you can also enable and disable functionality more conveniently:
      • On your watch: quickly press digital Crown (the round button) three times in a row.
    • To set up accessibility shortcuts:
      • On your iPhone, in the application of the watch, go to: Watch My > general > accessibility > accessibility shortcut (bottom) > select / deselect Zoom.
  • Effects will automatically turn off.

Regularly after 2/3 days effects (when opening application it is effect type zoom to open the application or at the opening of the iphone lock) turns off automatically. Also during the opening of multitasking or any application. After you restart the iphone, it resolved for 1/2 days. And yet, the question arises after 2/3 days.

We can show in pictures how effect stops. So I can not download.

Before I aksked this question if someone suggest me to reset all the settings and force restart but the issue will come back after 2/3 days.

  • Portege Z20t-C-121 screen does not automatically turn into tablet mode

    Hello

We bought a Portege Z20t-C-121 to test as a replacement for some of our leaders. I have built with Windows 10 company and installed all the drivers latest on the Toshiba site. A WiFi Intel driver did not work properly so I downloaded and installed from the Intel Web site.

Name of the operating system: Microsoft Windows Enterprise 10
