• I have a HP xw4100 workstation who died in the world.

  If it were me, I would remove the processor.

  Carefully inspect the processor for bent pins and mother socket for damage. Make sure you paste of course no thermal somehow obtained in these pin holes in the socket. If the dough is conductive, your motherboard is toast if he is in there.

  If they look OK, then I go on eBay and buy a used, but tested and functional processor that is compatible with your system.

  My next choice would be the one above that (3.2 GHz), which must be cheap and abundant. sSpec SL6WG is the only one I've always had for the d530, I upgraded.

• Precision T7600 thermistor

  I'm having a devil of a time finding any information on this.  I have a Dell T7600 workstation.  Here's what I have:

  When turn the machine, all the fans of turning at maximum speed and won't slow down.  It is quite noisy. I ran the on-board diagnostics from Dell and I quickly determined "thermistor ambient" did not work properly.  Even immediately boot fresh and sitting for days without power, it reports the room tempature is 127 degrees C.

  Dell diagnostics reports this error code: 2000-0314, 75225 and 107812 Validation.

  The only thing that I found online was needed to clear the CMOS I tried without success. The machine has the latest version of firmware BIOS installed. This makes me believe that the thermistor ambient is not functional/defective.

  As a work around, I can change the fan speed in the BIOS.  However, I believe that it is an unacceptable solution to long term.

  Can someone please tell me where to find this sensor and how to fix the problem?

  There is a block I/O front - I'd be willing to bet the sensor that is integrated (it's on the series 7xxx, 9xxx OptiPlex).

  I'm looking for the faster dual processor (motherboard) and CAD (latest version) video card, faster memory, and SSD on an empty stomach. The CAD software we use is TPC Core 3.0 and would need a certified partner of video card. You are able to indicate an overall increase in the percentage of performance? Current speed percentage (3.1 GHz) processor increase in performance.

• The Dell Precision T7600 CPU temperature and fan speed

  Hi all

  I recently got a Dell Precision T7600 workstation that has two processors Xeon E5-2620.  I checked the specifications of Intel and the maximum temperature for these processors apparently is 77.4 C.

  However, when you run fairly intensive applications that can last a few days or so to analyze, I noticed that the CPU temperatures get much hotter than this no difference in the speed of the fan.  I used speedfan and CPUID to check the temperature/fan speed.  The highest I've seen the temperature was 90 c and the fan speed has been only 900 RPM.  He regularly sits on 70 c and still no response from the fans.

  I find this a little hard to believe given that surely fans should be a little lower than 90 c action!  I checked the settings of the bios (version A05) and the fan speed control is on auto.  I have also run the diagnostics and it reported no problem.  The fans run, but I'm not convinced that is the speed controller!

  Is this normal?

  I managed to re - install the A10 bios (it appeared to include a few things my already installed version is not ).

  Anyway, tried to launch a number of things to keep the processor at 100% for a few hours.  It seems that the fan speed changes now and the maximum temperature of the processor, I was able to get (and briefly) was 72 C.  He had served mainly the mid to high 60s with fan speeds ranging between ~ 1000 - 1500 rpm, as required to keep it there.

  I would say that the new BIOS has solved my problem.

• T7600 SoundBlaster - front panel?

  I just got my new T7600 - soft workstation!  I have not configured it with his SoundBlaster because I wanted a professional vs Recon3D the card available.  I see the front of the HD audio header header to the top of the machine, but it's not a header size standard (it is smaller) - is there a cable adapter to connect to a connector audio standard façade HD?

  Thanks for the reply.  I did some research on my own and here is what I figured out.  The connector audio front panel on the new information is actually an Intel HD standard, just smaller header... it's not white, it is a black connector 5 x 2 2mm pitch (standard headers are 0.100 "or 2.54 mm pitch).  I ordered an adapter that converted to a Socket 5 x 2 0.100 "pitch header connector male 2mm head connected on my SoundBlaster Recon3D and the façade and - ta da - I audio front panel

• Die VMware NAT service

  I have VMware Workstation 12.1 Pro installed on a 64-bit of Windows 10 host.

  I created a rule of port forwarding for VMnet8 (NAT network). Through netstat, I can confirm that ports in LISTENING State on the host computer. I can confirm that client ports also work.

  As soon as I try to open a connection to the port transferred from the host, the VMware NAT service dies.

  If I restart the NAT service, the ports are open again, and again, it will die when I try to connect.

  I tried for 2 weeks almost to install vmware player or vmware workstation 10.1 6 on fedora 19 x 64

  The process I followed was simply by downloading the file from the vmware website, run it, then run the application.

• Fatal error VMware Workstation: (vmx) Exception 0xc0000005 (access violation)

  I have a laptop that contains the image of a vmware Workstation for Windows 6 user). The machine died and was not recoverable, so I managed to recover the

  image with a linux live cd and install it on another identical laptop.

  The image was suspended at the time of the accident.

  Now when I try to take it back, I get the error message - fatal error VMware Workstation: (vmx) Exception 0xc0000005 (access violation)

  Image settings are grayed out so I can't edit the material (I have read one or two other positions where material caused this message).

  I have attached the log files and dump. If someone could shed some light on this subject, it would be great.

  Could be a number of things. Have you tried leaving plugged for a good ten minutes and then force to restart? You would do that by pressing the home button and the lock for ten to fifteen seconds, button let go when you see the Apple logo again.

After reading your post, I understand that your MacBook Pro is not on as planned; the MagSafe power adapter displays a green light, but the computer itself will not feed. I rely on my Mac every day, so I definitely want to make sure that yours does not work as expected.

  Reset the SMC has been a great step in this situation. Since it did not help to get power from the computer, I recommend you put the computer in a service provider authorized Apple or Apple Retail Store for an inspection. • iPhone 6plus iOS 9.3.5 since the last update my touch screen is freezing. Has yet to be decided. Connection to the computer did not help. I had to wait my battery died to restart. Once restarted I could use touchscreen but it now

  Aggravated with the update from my iPhone

  It is a list of the problems I have with my iPhone 6plus since updating to IOS 9.3.5.

  1. A single date after update my touch screen froze and I was unable to trouble or to use until the battery died and the phone has rebooted.
  2. Since this restart my touch screen hangs for 5 minutes at a time at least 5 times per hour.
  3. My screen goes completely black 20 seconds in the reading of an article. I have to refresh my browser at least 6 times by reading an article on the web.
  4. If I'm in iBook I can't read yet a page without the screen goes black. I hit the home back to iBook button try to keep reading where I left off the coast, but within 20-30 seconds it goes back to black.
  5. While I'm typing, even this message, I hit the button of the space and the words are charged or inserted which does not appear. I myself taking much time to type anything bc I have to go back and get rid of the words that the phone has decided to him only to change or insert.
  6. Improvements that never going to this last day f__d my phone. Difficulty what you did in the last updated bc I will eventually lead to an Apple Store and throw the phone home.

  What have I tried to fix it. Everything. For many in the list and you already know what the normal things are that the average person would be difficult it phone. I have no problems until I updated to iOS more recent so caused my problems of telephones you people. PLEASE FIX NOW
