  Yes, get a wall charger and plug it in. USB charge only the phone if there is always some charge in the battery. USB, will show a red light but won't load at all because the PC must identify the phone before charging starts.

  Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way:

  With the BlackBerry powereddevice, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart. A reboot in this way is prescirbed for most the gltiches and operating system errors, and you will lose any data on the device doing so.

  Now, please try again on Twitter.

  Even if you already have, please try again.

After searching a bit I found "common files" apploader folder might help so I took the opportunity to remove the other app, still does not work in the end, I use apploader /resettofactory to reset the device, it shows a white screen with a bar saying wiping files. After reaching 100% and restart my phone still in restart loop. What should I do now?

  Hello and welcome to the community!

  You really need get in Mode safe mode again so that you can reload your operating system. You would have gotten lucky that first time with the right timing on the keystrokes... Keep train... I remember it taking a lot try until I'm a model to go properly in Mode without failure.

  You are able to reboot your device in SafeMode as shown in KB17877?

  I guess, because it is taken in a reboot cycle, when you connect to the desktop software it does not have a stable connection to reinstall your software?

  If this is the case, remove the battery and keep it off when you connect to the desktop software. You will get a pop up that the device cannot connect and there should be buttons retry, update and cancel. Select Update and you will then be able to reinstall the latest version of the device software.

  PS Yes I remembeed to remove the vender.xml file when you do most of this stuff.

  I noticed on my Blackberry Torch 9800 that when I go on my global icon and make an update to see if there are updates, it shows no new updates.

  But when I go on an application and want to download, it askes me if I want to replace the new version with the old version and I say Yes.

  After the reboot, I will return to my app world and it shows that this 1 already installed app!  What about the 20 or so that I have already installed?  What I have to go to each application and look for the updates manually?

  I'll do the best I can. Refer to note 2 in this thread. Not having is not in my hands has 9800, I'm sorry I can't be more specific. But, as a non - OS7 9800, you might actually be able to use one of the three methods (3A or 3b or 3 c) and you have to maybe do differently depending on whether you use the physical or virtual - keyboard I recommend you try each one until you find the method that is appropriate for your specific operating unit/system level.

  New - I'm sorry I can't guide you better... If I had a 9800 in my hands, I could probably understand. But I can't afford simply to own each BB model that exists.

  OK... so let me see if I understand. The other BB worked well with your battery, but your BB has continued the same behavior with the other battery. And this other battery also worked well in this other BB (before Exchange it). Is that correct them all?

  If Yes, then the problem is your BB... and probably something with the material to prevent it from being able to runs out of battery in the camera. And, as the material, it is impossible to do anything at a distance from the internet.

  If you stay in the warranty, I recommend that you seek formal assistance through this channel. If you have no warranty, so I recommend that you are looking for a local store (to you) with a personal material BB qualified to give you a correct assessment and estimate.

  I'm having a problem with my new Blackberry of Virgin Media (mobile).  I just got it and when I have a connected SIM card I only get the loading screen timer and the blackberry does not start.  If I have no connected SIM card the device starts in the operating system, but was told that there is just no SIM connected (obviously).  Once I put the SIM card in again once it is stuck on the loading screen.  As you probably already figured out that I did many resets hard with the battery pull and it has not solved the problem.  A consultant because it would be greatly appreciated because the only advise I got support was remove the boot of sim and put it back and start again duh!

  Are the contacts to your BlackBerry address book and on your SIM card?

  Or ONLY on your SIM card?

  Open your address book, press the Menu key then click on filters and make sure that no filters are checked.

  Now, back in the address book.
