  Please try this sequence:

  (1) to remove from your BB AppWorld

  I suggest that you clear the cache of the AppWorld application:

  1. open the App World

  2. go to my world

  3. follow one (and only one!) of these steps:

  3. for the BB keyboard-oriented - hold down the ALT key and press on, in the sequence R, then S, then T

  3B. for touch screen only BBs - hold the num-lock (! 123 button) so that it hangs and then press on, in the sequence 3, then 4, then)

  5. If your BB locks after issuing clear cache, do a battery pull reboot

  However, things can be odd, depending on what you mean by "completely"? Several carriers push icons "teaser" to get you to install applications they're pushing. But the icon itself is not an application installed... rather just a shortcut to "tease" you to install the application. You can't stop these teaser icons.

  Whenever I try to download blackberry app world coming up, I do not have the system requirements to download, I never had this problem with my old phone that broke, I'm currently using a torch BlackBerry 9800, is anyway that I can fix this? Low use of data manifests as a problem with this? Even if I use wifi?

  Normally, users would download App World by going in their browser on blackberry.com/appworld.  For users with software version 6.0 or later, like yourself, you instead go to appworld.blackberry.com.  I tested on multiple devices today successfully in all cases.  Good luck.

  can anyone help, I got a replacement yesterday phone because my only other broke, Ive introduced my bbm emails etc but can't download app world. I tried to download facebook separately that a TI still doesn't load, I had this problem with my last bb that I had replaced, but it seemed to work after 24 hours a fine.

  I can choose my language page, press download and it comes up with a message saying sorry the requested item could not be loaded

  My BB was to hang on for a day last week, so I went back to the store for service and 3 days later they msn me and told me that I have a new phone for the replacement.  I thought that the problem I had before must be solved, but it didn't!

  This is an error that is associated with a BES phone.  Basically, it means that the phone belongs to the company of the person and the company that controls the functions of the phone.

  I have a Blackberry Curve 8330 and install Blackberry App World yesterday. I decided to remove it, so I went to the Options > Advanced Options > Applications, highlighted and selected delete. Then I rebooted my Blackberry as he asked, saying that the app would disappear. The app has been removed from my list of requests under the Options menu, but again, the shortcut is displayed on my desk and takes me to the screen "Download App World" when I click on it.

  In addition, since you say you had 3 BBs, it is also possible that your AppWorld account might be locked. Sometimes they do that if the account changes hands too many times. If so, you will need to contact your carrier and have them escalate your case RIM of official aid. You have no free to communicate directly with RIM method.

  About 20 hours ago I bought 'ACE Solitaire Pack' of App World via my phone.  The purchase went through quite a lot as usual.  I saw him pass «Fill out purchase...» "for download (who got 100%) how my phone locked up.  He never had to part "Installation."  I did a battery pull and when I went back to 'My World' the application is returned to the State «Complete purchase...» "and it has not changed since in the last hours 19.   Looks like I myself have solved.  I've done the following:

  1. Opens 'My World '.
  2. Bring the menu and choose "Log In"
  3. connected with my PayPal details.

  at this point, App World reconciled my purchased vs what is currently installed.  This resulted in the application being re-statused as "uninstalled" which allowed me to reinstall (with no additional purchase).  YaY!

  lol, I got that it "will not open..." I though you could provide something more.

  Perform a simple reboot > with the phone smart BlackBerry turned on, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart.
