Worst support ever (I can't get access to any application)

Yesterday I paid for the 'Creative cloud' plan, but did not receive access to any application. Plan does not appear in my account. I asked twice for the service the customer help in the chat! Whenever they said something like: 'don't worry, everything is fine, the order processing may take up to 24 hours, you have to wait a bit. Today, after 24 hours after the payment, I have still no access to applications. Custumer support answered me third appeal: "it is a technical problem, our team will contact you within 2-3 days." Really? I'm going to lose 4 working days since this problem? Fantastic attitude towards the customer. Thank you very much!

If so, you may want to if ensure that date - click on the gear in the top icon right > check updates.

    I don't know anything about "reset admin account" but here are two things that may help the case to start in safe mode.  First, enter the mode safe mode with f8 key is a matter of time.  On my computer (Dell) during the boot process, I'm going to get a screen send me options of start of f2 and f12, which is to enter the BIOS.  I can start hitting key f8 then but you will in safe mode unless I'm hit immediately after that the screen with f2 & f12 choices goes.  I just hit several times for a few moments at this time.

    Ah, here's how the bad technical support HP's... If you call to ask for help setting up the drivers for your printer instead of help, they try to SELL you a new printer! They out source all of their tech support jobs and give the tech commissions of people if they can sell new products. Never, ever, do business with HP!

    Looks like your printer is maybe more under warranty, which means that you must either pay for the support... or if the printer is old enough, it would be better to buy a new.

    Support is offered here, so you can simply state your problem and the product number and get what you need.

    Could someone help me with this one? I had a full membership for over 2 years now and have never had any problem with upgrading my CC (primarily Ai Ps and Id) programs, but since CC 2014 came out I seem to only have 30 days access to trial versions of these. This also applies to 2015 for CC. I'm still in the pre CC2014 versions of these programs without a hitch, so I don't think that my subscription is the question. Anyone has this problem. I am also desperately looking for a phone number for Adobe in Australia, but can't seem to find one anywhere on the site.

    If you are unable or refuse to do it (not recommended), you will need to use NTpasswd to change the password for the local administrator to white. Then connect and separate the machine from the network. Create a new user account for yourself and remove any domain user profile. This will not remove policy group that are tattooed and m ost companies also set a default restrictive profile so if that was the case in your user accounts new cases will also be limited.

    Download the bootable CD .iso image file, burn with third-party burning software such as free ImgBurn , Nero or Roxio. Burn as an image, not in the form of data. Start with the media that you have created. You need to maybe change the boot order in the BIOS or obtain a menu of boot command temporary with the pressure of a special key. NTpasswd will run. Follow the instructions carefully.
