Wrong Reporting of the HD size

I recently updated my HP Pavilion a6360a (phenom Quad Core) from Vista to Windows 7 Home Premium.

I now have wrong size for my HD C drive and external USB drive.

C: drive is a 500 GB Seagate but is reported as 320.

L: drive is a (connected via USB) external drive 320 GB Seagate but it is reported that 66GB.

Someone at - it clues as to how I can solve this problem?

KBW

KBW, I believe that it is a bug in Win7.  Have you used a FREE software, for example, Everest Home to see what it brings?  If this is not the case, here is a link to download.

  • Create new report if the file size is too large

The sequences I run in TestStand have the ability to generate large reports and I am looking for a way to start a new sequence of intermediate report if the file size exceeds certain limits, either start a new report every night at midnight.

I am currently using TestStand 2014 and reports ATML 5.00.

Here, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was hoping I'd be able to use some substitutions to get there, but it sounds a bit more complex than that. [...]

There is no specific substitutions that solve this problem 'in configuration and only few implementation".

The point is that you should follow the following steps:

    1. check the size of the file after writing a new segment of report data.

    2. If size > configured the file size, create a new file. Write a footer in the previous file, duplicate the header for the new file information and store the handle to file for all the previous files.

    3. once the test is complete, update the header in all files (remember: the header contains the overall result of the ESA.) This is known only when the test is finished!) and finalize all the report files.

In the plugins default report, none of the above functions is applied.

You want may also focus on 'File offline results' as a reporting mechanism. It might be easier to change things using this approach, unless you go the recommended manner: database.

  • PowerCLI reports wrong of the LUN size when perennial reservations are met * and * size of the LUN is changed.

My question is: is this expected behavior?

In short, the situation is this: we have a cluster running ESXi 5.5.0 build 1746018. Two guests Windows Server R2 2012 are running a SQL Server Cluster (MSCS), making use of RDM with a physical SCSI emulation. Which requires LUNS of perennial reservations activated. All is well until the customer decides to expand two of the LUNS. PowerCLI continues to account for the original size of those LUNs, which breaks our reports.

Logically, it makes sense, but it still seems a bit of an ejection. Has anyone seen elsewhere this behavior and you have found ways around it?

    See you soon!

You didn't say how to retrieve the size of the LUN.

If not through esxcli, not the following returns the correct size (change the hostname ESXi and LUN canonicalname)?

    $esxcli = get-EsxCli - VMHost MyEsx

    $esxcli.storage.core.device.list ('naa.60050768123455af1800009876000023')

  • Set the font size in the generation of explicit report using a model

Does anyone know how to set the font size using the generation of explicit report with MS Word?  I have trouble getting my 11th column to fit the correct size with the imported data table.  The values end up being off the screen.  Any ideas?

I suspect that the answer is somewhere within MS Word instead of LabVIEW.  However, I tried it figure out in both and had no luck.  In WORD, I updated all fonts size = 10.  However, the table is imported to the format = 12.  In addition, the table cells are the same size, regardless of the number of columns is imported.

Just for future visitors to this question are aware, it is a known problem with the generation of report express vi.  There is no solution at this time and the problem will be resolved in future versions of LabVIEW.

  • The font size in the Standard report

I've looked everywhere in the forum over the last three days at least to learn how to simply change the font size of the data in a standard report.  Nothing works. I have a lot of parts on a form page. I've done some parts read-only, and where necessary took some of the elements of a region read-only. We have no BI Publisher (nor the company, I work to buy it) and this is my way to allow the user to print it. Must I increase the font size for the reports on the page. I don't know that all of your answers are correct; I'm simply not being implemented properly.

My apologies: I tried to format the raw underside like html and syntax highlighting > plain - which does not seem to be clean. The additional lines of < span > < span >... are added and when I add ECMA as above is my opinion superimposed on itself - so I removed the formatting.

    Here is what I tried:

This added to my page template and page header
    < style >
    .t12standard tr td {make-size: 16px ;}}
    < / style >

In a column in the report, change the HTML Expression to
    & lt; span style = "do-family: Times New Roman;" font-size: 110% "& gt;" #MY_COLUMN_NAME # & lt; / span & gt;

This added to the attributes of the element field in the column attributes section
    < a style = "make-weight: bold;" font-size: 16px; "color: black".

It seems that it should be so simple, but jeeezumcrow I'm frustrated!

As always, thanks in advance for your answer!

  • Get the file size of the report on PowerCLI server file?

    Hi all:

I'm trying to find out if there is a way to list the size of a local file on the server powercli.  The background is that I have a script that runs every day and emails on the report of what it finds during verification.  What I'm trying to update the script to do is only to send the report if the audit revealed actually do anything; and not a file attachment is empty...

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide and please let me know if you need more information.

    Thank you!

    Hi Jade,.

You can do the following to check the size of a file named vmware.log:

    If ((Get-ChildItem vmware.log).) Length - gt 0) (# email logfile)

  • Report to the size of the list of snapshots that are used by a virtual machine

I'm looking for to add to my report to the size of all the snapshots that are currently used by each virtual machine.  For example, I'm already reporting on space put into service and used space - but how much space are using snapshots?   Is there a way to get this data using powerCLI?

    Thank you!

    Get-Cluster-name NOMCLUSTER | Get - VM | Select

Name, MemoryMB NumCpu, Description, PowerState, ProvisionedSpaceGB, UsedSpaceGB, Version, VMHost, ResourcePool,

    @{N = 'Name of the OS'; E={$_. Guest.OSFullName}} | Export-Csv "C:\report.csv" - NoTypeInformation

The cmdlet Get-SNapshot in PowerCLI 4.1 returns an incorrect value. See the size snapshot by Dimitar and Vitali.

And they display a script, called getsnapshotsize - 1.ps1 that returns the correct value.

You can use this script to your script as follows:

    (1) download the script and save it in the directory where your other scripts

    (2) call the script of the post in your script and use the size of return value

    Something like that

    Get-Cluster -Name clustername | Get-VM | select Name,MemoryMB,NumCpu,Description,PowerState,ProvisionedSpaceGB,
         UsedSpaceGB,Version,VMHost,ResourcePool,
         @{N="HDsizeKB";E={($_.Harddisks | Measure-Object -Property CapacityKB -Sum).Sum}},Folder,
         @{N="Datastore";E={($_ | Get-Datastore).Name}},@{N="#Snapshots";E={($_ | Get-Snapshot).Count}},
         @{N="OS Name";E={$_.Guest.OSFullName}},
         @{N="Snapshot size MB";E={(.\getsnapshotsize-1.ps1 $_ | Measure-Object -Property SizeMB -Sum).Sum}} |`

  • Report on the size of the placed image and resolution?

I was asked by a customer today "CS4 allows you to create a report on the file names and sizes, they are accustomed to?"

They're getting slides scanned at a higher resolution and the resolution over the cost.

I guess I need: what appears in the Panel of info from the link (real and effective ppi), the size in inches or centimeters and (ideally) the width and height of the object boxes are placed in (to ensure that the harvest is not too drastic).

Anyone know of any scripts or a secret Panel that I can't find?

    See this post.

May be just what you need, or perhaps with a little tweaking.

  • Wrong calculation of the size of the hard drive

Hello people. As you can see, I had this crazy problem. My laptop is a Macbook Air mid 13 13 ". I tried everything... even with the removal of more:

But "cinema" is still bigger than my flash storage. If someone knows how to fix it please help. If anyone is an Apple programmer, please do a "Refresh" or "Recalculate" button when this happens.

Omni DiskSweeper can show you the exact size and location of all your files. It will be the inventory of your disc from files that occupy more space. It can also give you a fairer read disk space than the Finder or storage tab of the about this Mac. If you want you can even delete files from OmniDisk Sweeper.

  • First Pro CC reports that the video image size is 720 x 480, but he is really 1920 x 1080

The end result is that I get black bars on the top and bottom of the video when the video should be consuming all the space.

    iO2GWgs.png

The source media is resolution 1920 x 1080, and first accept when I check the file properties in the timeline panel, but for some reason any black bars are always inserted.  If I go to the sequence > sequence settings, he pointed out that the video is only 720 x 480

    pLBZyOD.png

If I change this value at 1920 x 1080 first blow just the video beyond its normal resolution giving the pretty bad/pixelated

    zImXc51.png

What exactly happens here, how do I get first to use only the original size of the resolution of the video?

You use a sequence of DV SD.

That is to say. you have not matched the sequence for the Source of the layer film (1080)

  • Why is-BI Publisher creating reports on the file system in the wrong directory?

In my Administration of BI Publisher Server, my tabling of report is set to this:

    / U02/Oracle/BI/user_projects/Domains/bifoundation_domain/config/bipublisher/Repository

but it's actually create all new data models, reports, etc., in the following directory:

    / U02/Oracle/BI/instances/Instance1/bifoundation/OracleBIPresentationServicesComponent/coreapplication_obips1/Catalog/SampleAppLite/root/Shared

I worked for a week full redesign and development of new reports only to find out they're all to another location. Is BI Publisher an example application

    Hi Multiverse,

Did you select the catalog type "Oracle BI Publisher - filesystem" when cofiguring your repository? If not; Please select it and enter in the desired directory. It seems that the BEEP is now to save your reports / datamodels to OBIEE catalog location. You can copy / paste you are reporting to the new location.

"SampleAppLite" is the default catalogname in OBIEE when no a vacuum is created.

    Kind regards

  • DAQ Assistant don't update the buffer size to change the frequency

    Hi all

I use DAQ Assistant inside a loop to write a signal in a module output best 9262 OR a cDAQ-9174.  I generate the signal with the express vi simulate Signal or with a simple loop using indexing.  The problem is that when I change the frequency, using the same sampling frequency, I have a different number of samples to write the cDAQ does not seem to update the size of the buffer, so no my signal gets written in.  The result is the first sine wave is nicely written, but each after that gradually get cut off on the edges.  I traced imput signal that I generate, so I know that it is generated with the right size and frequency of departure, what ever it is, still works, it is those more later in the loop who have the wrong size aparently buffer.  I tried to reset the cDAQ by adding a different DAQ Assistant at the end of the outer loop with the stop bit the true value, it makes me just the error "resource not available.

    Any ideas?

I'm using LabVIEW Base development system new V12.0 32 bit.

    Thank you

    Matt

    Idea:

Get rid of the DAQ assistant and use the DAQmx API.  The DAQ Assistant is there to support the limited functionality and base up a dirty experience and running quickly.  The report of the API offers more funcionallity and DAQmx property nodes allow greater flexibility.  DAQ Assistant is just too limited for your needs.  (you can't paint a masterpiece with crayons)

  • my "next back up" currently reads 105 MB, but when I save the backup size is 4.6 GB

This has happened to me for a while, I hope that someone out there have an idea!

I save only AN app in iCloud, so my 'next to the top' currently (and usually) 105 MB, but THEN when I backup the backup size is 4.6 GB! I'm 39.3 KB Notes, Documents and data currently as well... there a any sense to anyone? What Miss me?

    < re-titled by host >

I think it is normal.  The same thing happens to me.  In my view, once make you a first backup to iCloud, other "backups" are incremental.  Only changed data on the device (since the last backup) are added to the existing backup.  If I am wrong, perhaps someone could correct me.

  • Zoom in print - preview mode is for the display of the page size or the size of the content on the page?

    Print - Zoom preview.

When I zoom it changes the size of the page on displays on the screen and it also changes the font size of the displayed text.

Is this a bug or I'm doing something wrong.

Either way, I need both the features...
i.e., I want to change the size of the page, as it is displayed and I also want to be able to change the size of the content of the page - but I'd like to separate selection in box / controls for each.

Print preview is a scale control, than the 'ladders' everything on the page, text and images. The paper size and margins are not changed when the 'balance', these controls are elsewhere. Basically, a scale of 50% will use half of the sheets of paper to print a Web page, it would be to shrink or 100% to adjust.
