WS8 shot on uninstall - vnetlib64.exe

Try to uninstall Worsktation 8 trial to my server SBS2K8 and the uninstall has been sitting there for more than two hours, showing vnetlib64.exe eat 25% of the CPU.

System status shows 'Removing packages in the system', with little action on the progress bar and an instance of the virtual network editor unresponsive.

I have it sit and hope she continues or can I kill the offending exe? And if I do that someone can point me to a manual uninstall method that works for 8 please.

Hmm... It's strange, that the installer didn't create all the newspapers. Glad to hear that you got the book. As I understand it, installers can be a bit like black magic, but the installer must be properly cleaned.

  • How to uninstall IQUpdater.exe from VISTA? Thank you

Whenever I turn on my computer, a window pops up asking if I want to install IQUpdater.exe.  The only options are "Yes or no".  I think that the TWO '' Yes and no '' could it be installed because I found it in my list of programs.  However, the author of the code also inserted some sort of code that bypasses the operating system of Microsoft (I have VISTA) when a user tries to uninstall IQUpdater.exe.  It puts the user in a loop which is a.  do what Microsoft says to uninstall a program and (b) when the last statement in Microsoft is selected, the computer will display the window asking the user if they want to install IQUpdate.exe and select 'no' just travels the user to control panel.

  • How to uninstall Firefox

I need to uninstall firefox from Windows 7 Home Premium machine, but can't. I tried to uninstall it through the Control Panel, but that has not worked. I then tried a repair, also did not work. I've then navigated to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla Firefox\uninstall\helper.exe to uninstall it, but it did not work. Nothing I've tried has even produced a response from firefox, without uninstalling box appeared, no dialog boxes any don't get in, it just sits there completely inadmissible. Yes, I tried safe mode. Yes, I made sure firefox is not running in the background. Help.

Found a way to uninstall it manually.

-Manually went through and deleted all the files of Mozilla on the C: drive

-Ran CCleaner to clean the registry after removing all folders manually

-Are passed through the registry and manually removed all instances of Mozilla

-Then run uninstall from Control Panel and received the message that the program had already been uninstalled

The product in the previous question is on my list of program... in my control panel. Every time I click on your product and click "Uninstall", it's right there. I removed my "program list" on the Start button, but I can't it uninstalled from my control panel. Any ideas?

    Thank you

Restart your computer, and then try running uninstall manually. You can find it under < installation folder > \uninstall\helper.exe

If this does not work either, manually remove the files.

    • The default installation on 64-bit WIndows folder is C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla Firefox\
    • Type the following in the Windows Explorer address bar or the search box on the Start Menu, and then press ENTER: %AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\ note that the your profile folder contains personal data such as bookmarks and passwords; Let this folder only if you decide to reinstall.
    • Type the following in the Windows Explorer address bar or the search box on the Start Menu, and then press ENTER: %LocalAppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\ even once, do not remove this folder if you plan to reinstall.
  • Firefox does not work and is not reactive when it launched immediately crashes. What I want to do is uninstall it then reinstall it. It does not work.

Uninstall of selected Panel control, the "Hourglass" momentarily appears and nothing happens. I found mention of use helper.exe under Firefox directory found assistance and I tried to run... nothing!

Documentation indicated that... Mozilla\uninstall\helper.exe could be used to facilitate the uninstall of Firefox. Could not successfully run.
