Xbox 360 WDF_VIOLATION BSOD controller

OK, so I was playing a game when my controller was not admissible. It makes equipment to disconnect sound, reconnected itself, then disconnected, reconnected, disconnected and ends by the sound has been suspended and I got a BSOD. I reconnected my controller. Exactly the same thing happened. Someone please help! I can't play mod Garry s with a touchpad!

Jake

These related to the xusb22.sys Xbox 360 controller for Windows common driver of Microsoft Corporation.  Your driver is 2 years and more.  I'd install the most recent driver available.  If there is no newer driver I would like to re - install the driver in compatibility mode

To install in compatibility mode do the following:

Click with the right button on the installer > properties > compatibility > choose OS

http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/make-older-programs-run-in-this-version-of-Windows?SignedIn=1

I also run a check of the file system and update to win 8.1

Please run a check of system files (SFC)
