• Not connected Secure Application Manager

  Hi all

  I use Acer Aspire 4937 Windows Vista and when I load the Secure Application Manager it does not connect. I'm running under administrator and have disabled all my firewall. The icon is white instead of blue shooting.

  I read a response from forum suggested running in "safe mode with network" and the truly connected secure application manager! But now how do I get it connected in "normal" mode.

  We use 4.6.

  Is the only way to associate a server with another server of connection security for uninstall security server software, remove the Console from the administrator of the view security server, and then reinstall specifying the desired login server?

  The Security server is matched during the installation process if you need to reinstall in order to re pair the SS with a broker for connections.  You can also have several SS paired with a single connection broker.

  in case you're an avast user, please try to disable https scanning in avast:

  1. Open the Avast dashboard on an affected system.
  2. Select settings in the left side menu.
  3. Adopt a Protection Active.
  4. Click on customize next to the Web Shield.
  5. Uncheck the option "Enable HTTPS analysis", and then click ok.

  Whatever your security server is paired with broker for connections would need active tunneling.   Since you have only one that should be active tunneling.

  Situation: I use JDev 10.1.3.1 and the same version of the OAS. I have a registration page of the user who is supposed to open to the public and don't have to connect. The ADF security is implemented and working, with jbo.security.enforce = Must. If I set jbo.security.enforce = None, it works correctly. So the problem is in the ADF BC authentication.
  
  test: I tried the 'anonymous' user and 'any person' role to add in the my current application. None of them work (maybe my setup is not correct). I hope that if someone can provide details on configuring anonyous.
  
  Frank: you mentioned in the last post, that you would with the solution of blog and fill out a bug report, if necessary. Could remind you your solution or any workaround? My environment is Jdev 10.1.3.1 with the same version of the OAS. The ideal goal is to keep the current ADF security and have several page with access to business, but didn't need to connect.

  I can only say ADF 11g security, and here anonymous are the way that you go to pages publc cash security of the ADF.
