  OK, here's the thing...

  One day, I was attracted by a FREE GAME on the sites of "Games for Windows" from Microsoft, but it requires an XBOX LIVE account and so I signed up for her...

  If you press the Windows key + C

  In the bar of charms, click settings, and then change the settings of PC

  Click on users

  You will see your primary account listed.

  Under your info, you should see disconnect your Microsoft Account, click this button

  This will change your current account at the local level

  You can then click Connect Your Microsoft account once again and now synchronization with which ever account you want.  :)

  You may be able to transfer your gamertag to another ID Windows Live ID. If you are on a child's account, then you will need to contact the person who made the parent account to adjust your settings. See the link below on how to transfer your gamertag. If it does not my only suggestion would be to create a new Windows Live ID.

  Recently, I got a new xbox and I had to transfer my licenses of the old, through Xbox.com game. For the past 2 weeks I tried to contact Microsoft on how to reset my password of brothers, then we can use its game licenses but they have not responded to my questions. I placed all the information we know about his account and gives more detailed information. After that 3 days waiting for it to be '24 hours' answer they said that not enough information was given. They have also stated that if I posted additional information they see it and if it helped they would allow us to get my brother passoword. I've added the option of them contacting my brother through Messages of Xbox, but they did not respond in 3 days. What should I do? They said that they respond within 24 hours approximately and it is public knowledge that 3 days is not equal to 24 hours. Help, please. Thank you.

  P.S. I also put it in the section of Windows, other/unknown games, because there is no option for Xbox Live Help. It's weird, because Microsoft is the leader of the Xbox...
