  It's because of the scroll bar.

  The rest of the pages hold it vertically in your browser window without having to scroll vertically. However, the page "Do I need help" is a bit too long in height to fit your browser window, so a vertical scroll bar appears on the right side of your screen, which pushes all the content on slightly to the left.

  Normally, this can't be helped and is common with all websites. There are a few things you can do about it, however.

  One way is to go on the page/site properties and change the vertical scroll bar to see the 'Always' instead of 'automatic '.

  The other way would be to reduce the content to adapt without having to scroll through all. However, keep in mind that everyone has different resolutions and sizes of visible browser, there are probably still some percentage of people who will always see a scroll bar with all your web pages.

  Fortunately, I made a backup of the site so I have a good copy of this index with the carousel page. But now I don't know if that will help me because how to produce the Bio pages, updates and contacts of it without the same problem? It is even possible to remove the carousel of following pages? If it is not possible then how one time to make a site with an element of "bootstrap" on a page and not others?

  Its impossible to remove something on one page which then affects another page as you describe unless you work with templates and removed a box model that is common to all pages?

  Did you get the site built through Muse?

  If this is the case then under settings, there will be an option to enable editing for content you will need to check.

  If this isn't the case, then the person who built the site you put authorized role which has no access to certain things, you can see that if you can go into the settings and roles and change it OR contact this person to give access you.

  This page is saved in UTF-16 format (Content-Type: text/html (UTF-16 BOM, litte-endian)) in your text editor. The CSS file is sent as ISO-8859-1. Firefox fun to see all the files in the same encoding. The other pages are send as ISO-8859-1 and so use the CSS file. You will need to re - save this page as ISO-8859-1 and download the corrected version.
